Zach was on time--actually ahead of schedule--very nice and courteous. He kept us updated the entire time and pointed out tough stains or if something didn't come out.

My carpets were soft to the touch and smelled very clean. Appearance was wonderful. Service tech, Andrew, was polite and professional. Excellent customer focus.

It got most of the stains out of a 10 year old carpet that has been trashed by my lovely children and their friends.... no fumes or odors which was a definite bonus. Carpet looks new again, which is a miracle. Technician was great, explained everything honestly and in a friendly way. Left house clean and tidy - you wouldn't have known he'd been here, except for the clean carpet!

I thought for the higher price, my carpets would look cleaner than previous cleaners. The worker did a very thorough job but I don't feel the process (without chemicals) gets the carpets as clean as traditional methods. I also thought the drying time would be shorter(as advertised) but it took just as long for my carpets to dry as it usually does.

I like that the carpets are soft and dried fast! I didn't want to use anything with soap or more chemicals. Very satisfied with the service provided.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our carpet cleaning. Our technician was thorough and explained every step of the process, even pausing during cleaning to keep us posted about the progress. Our carpet looks wonderful!

Carpet looked very clean and it was nice to know that there was no residue at the end of the day. Customer service was professional on the phone and in person. Technician (Patrick) went out of his way to make sure I was getting the service that I wanted. He took his time to make sure I was satisfied and didn't just rush out the door.

I did not expect the carpet to be perfect, and I understand that traffic areas are difficult. But the carpet in my family room does not look like it was even cleaned. I was very disappointed. The other areas are about as expected. I was not there during the cleaning, but disappointed when I got home and saw the results.

The dirt on edges of stairs does not look much better. There are some areas where stain removal was not what I was hoping for

The staff member, Zack, showed up on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. The carpets look amazing! He even gave us a few discounts since one of our carpets is pretty badly worn and has heavy foot traffic stains. We already recommended him to a friend for their future carpet cleaning.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to explain the process and make sure that he was thorough in his cleaning. I had the whole house cleaned but do to their process was able to move about around a much dryer household than compared to their competitors

Dries quickly, thorough, professional

There was an area behind our bedroom door that was not cleaned. I verified this by feeling the carpet with my hands within a few minutes after the worker had left the house. The carpet was completely dry behind the door while the rest of the room was damp.
Also there was an issue with the upholstery tool so our couch could not be cleaned. Not a big deal but the issue I have is the oness was put back on me to call back to place another order to have this remaining work to be done. Seems like you could have taken the time to call me and set up a new day and time to come back.

You couldn't get stains out and you made them worse.

They were on time and did a good job as far as I know. They were not here long and we're very professional.

I like there are no chemicals. I like the service person offered the best solutions.

Furniture not done to my satisfaction
I realize it won't look new but after dry looks worse than before.

The carpets were cleaned a bit better than when I have used a traditional professional cleaning service. I forgot to show an entry to the basement that is the same carpet and connected to the family room carpet that we had cleaned. Hopefully it can be included next time no charge. I am very satisfied and am recommending

The technician, Bryan, was very knowledgeable and thorough. The rug had pet stains that he removed quickly and then put down a treatment so the pet will be dissuaded from using the carpet. Very satisfied customer!

Your process does no clean stains. I will not use Zerorez again nor recommend it to anyone.
