Patrick was very informative about everything and almost every stain came out. He had to put in a lot of elbow grease and time to do such a good job. I'm a very pleased customer.

I bought a carpet cleaning machine several years back. I thought I would drag it back out and take 4 to 5 hours out of my tired body to get the carpet looking decent again, then I fell a sleep thinking about how tired I was after the last time I did it-and nobody thought anything more of me for doing it! The next morning while listening to my favorite radio station WIBC, I heard a commercial for Zerorez and I thought 'eureka!' so I called and set up an appointment. A couple of days later they showed up to meet my mother at the house for the cleaning. Boy was mother impressed! So impressed she called me to tell me how great it looked when they were finished and how polite the gentlemen were. I thought 'how great could it be?' so I ran back to the house between jobs and the fellows were just packing up. When I walked in my jaw dropped in amazement! Quick and my carpets look much better.

First, the lack of chemical stench. Second, the thoroughness and stain-removal. Third, the professionalism of the entire staff. Erik and Luke were at my home last week, and did just a wonderful job on a large collection of inherited furniture (having it recovered). I cannot BELIEVE how 30 years of "smell" is now missing from this furniture. I feel so much better about handing it over to the reupholstery team now. The rugs you cleaned for me last year still look brand new, along with the microsuede couch in our basement.

Zach, the tech was early, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He did a great job on some very old carpet with dirt and stains from 5 kids and 4 dogs. Your product/system gave us the best carpet cleaning that we have ever had. That old carpet looks better than it has in years.

The carpet is definitely cleaner but I am not seeing a big difference between your process and other companies yet your fee is much higher than what we usually pay. We decided to try Zerorez becuase we were not convinced our carpet was getting the cleanest or that the "scotchguarding" was effective with our usual carpet cleaners but we can see no difference between yours and theirs. Zach was very polite and worked well with us regarding our procedure and he represented your company very well. I do think that he missed an area of carpet behind our front desk service counter.
Your girls on the phone were very pleasant,polite and helpful also so we have no complaints at all regarding staff. We simply can't see the difference to justify the cost but thanks again for working with us.

I had three rooms of carpet cleaned by Zerorez recently. Zerorez makes it extremely easy to schedule a time convenient to you. I scheduled on line and received immediate confirmation. The technician was very polite and explained every step. There are no harsh chemicals used and it dries relatively quickly. My carpet is ready for the holidays!
