The carpet looked great for almost 24 hours and throughout the next couple of days you couldn't even tell we had it cleaned.

Zach was extremely professional! I appreciated the call telling me he was running ahead of schedule and asking if it was okay to arrive early. He walked through the house, reviewing what was to be cleaned and where the trouble spots were. My husband was skeptical in the beginning. By the time Zach was done, my husband was a believer and ready to recommend Zerorez to everyone! I should have taken before and after pictures of the areas with pet stains - the carpets look brand new! And I love how clean and 'non-crunchy' the carpets are after drying!!
I like the way the carpet looks when the technicians are done. The technician is courteous and they make sure you are satisfied before they leave your home.
You did not get my carpets clean. After you left - even after you left the third time - there was still plenty of dirt in the carpet that I was able to clean using other methods.
Justin did a very nice job and made sure I knew the cost of all before doing the work! The carpet is as clean as it has ever been and our tile and grout looks like new.

Your products made the carpet look like new.
The only thing I noticed was the carpet was very stiff when it dried. After I vacuumed, it was a bit better, but I did not like the feel of the carpet.

I thought the company was very professional. I booked online and was given a day and time right away. The follow up email confirmations and phone confirmation was helpful. I like the idea of no residue left behind. I have pets and was looking to sanitize my carpets and extend the life of my carpet. My tech Jason was very nice, knowledgeable and on time!
I like that you use a chemical free system. Also the technicians that have been to my home are very professional and friendly.
I had a small area of blood on my cream colored carpet from a fall and even though the blood didn't completely come out, the stain is much lighter than I expected as I know blood is extremely difficult to get out of carpet.

No detergents or other surfactants are used. Carpets definitely stay cleaner longer than with other methods. Your staff is very professional and courteous. Both of my sisters have been using Zerorez since I first used your service more than a year ago.

The cleaning was great. My only complaint would be the pricing. I was quoted for an over-sized room (family room) which I was fine with. However the entire room wasn't cleaned - just two high traffic areas. The actual portion cleaned was much smaller than the non over-sized and much smaller rooms (dining and office.)
The problem we had with the basement carpet was very upsetting to me. I've never had carpet cleaned that was literally soaked and took 3 days to dry and had so many wrinkles. Zerorez did send someone one to re-stretch the carpet but all the delay caused us to have to re-schedule an important appointment to have our home video-taped for selling. I still think we should be compensated for the inconvenience this caused us. At this point, I am not willing to recommend your services. The person who came out to stretch the carpet thought maybe the filtering system in the truck was not working properly and the lack of suction to remove the water/dirt left the carpet very, very wet. The technician should have checked it more carefully.

Someone came back out to our home to reclean our sofa because the stains just came to the surface after the first clean. Instead of recleaning the entire sofa, he just touched up the visible stains, which in theory makes sense. However, the areas that were touched up were left looking like bleached spots on our sofa. Also, he left without us even realizing he had gone. Very strange.
