Fast, professional and a great job!! Will use again!
Generally not impressed. I have rented cleaners and cleaned some pretty rough carpet and it came out cleaner than our carpet with this process. Our carpet is only a couple years old and doesn't look much different than when they showed up. I am not sure what the Brushpro is , but basically, they sprayed some pretreat on the traffic area's and then extracted it with the water / vacuum. I asked about the process and was told they electrocute the water to release some of the hydrogen so more oxygen is left to clean with. Not sure how all that works, but maybe they forgot the electricity as the results look more like plain water.
I do not feel like my bedroom carpet looks any cleaner than it did prior to "cleaning". The carpet is a light shag and is only 2 years old. Almost looks like the dark discoloration next to the bed was drawn down toward the end of the bed. Likewise in the living room, the one dark traffic spot (as you step into the living room) does not look much different. The rest of the carpet (and the furniture!) look great, but the rest of the carpet didn't really look "dirty" to begin with. Honestly, though I have never had this carpet cleaned by your competitor, my previous off-white berber cleaned by them, always looked great/almost new....and for less money. Your technician was extremely professional, courteous and helpful!!

The carpets felt clean and looked great and they dried very quickly.
While your technicians were respectful, the appointment began with several disclaimers. Results were less than satisfactory the drying time was not 4-6 hours but more like 24. Not sure there is anything your company can do to correct the problem.

Well, our carpet was very dirty. We know some things would not come out. We have always used Smith Mathis. they really went above and beyond to try to get stains out. They do use chemicals, which is why we decided to give you guys a try. The carpet was definitely clean, but we didn't feel like anything was done exceptionally. Unfortunately with 2 dogs and 2 kids under the age of 6...we need the chemicals to clean!
All worked very well. I expect to have you back in the spring.

I had an old spot resurface. Not sure there was any thing to be done. Also I understand the carpet is not the best but I think the traffic areas could look better.

he really did a great job and the carpets really looked great when he was finished. It really smelled fresh and clean too. He was very friendly and courteous. He did whatever I asked with no issues.
Carpets were very clean, and the tech was excellent.
The operator did not move a rocker and two other chairs to clean beneath them. This left a dirty area beneath the chairs. I moved the chairs, showed him the spots, and he came back in and cleaned them. My question is this: Why should I have to remind him that the area beneath a chair needs to be cleaned? The chairs were small enough to be easily moved. I am 71 with a heart condition and I was forced to move the chairs for him, or leave several unsightly dirty spots in the living room. Is it you your policy not to move chairs and clean beneath them?
The professionalism of the staff was awesome. The explanation of services, the timeliness and politeness was above and beyond my expectations. The house smelled like fresh oranges for Thanksgiving and it looked awesome!!!! Thanks so much for great service!!!!

I really liked our techno room, Zack. He was helpful, walked me through the process, and didn't pressure me to upgrade or purchase something I wasn't interested in. I also loved that you can book an appointment and someone will come that same day! Wonderful, friendly service from the phone to the techs! Much appreciated!
The fact there aren't chemicals used to clean. The technician was very professional and had good knowledge of the product and was extremely friendly and personable.

My carpet looks great and the technician was friendly and informative. Scheduling could be better than a "few days before for a 3 hour window".
The fact you don't leave soaps or cleansers in the carpet is a huge plus when a family has little ones crawling on the floor. I will be interested in seeing if less duel is attracted.

Service was great. Justin was knowledgeable, super polite. After listening to me and seeing ghe few spots I was concerned about he explained what he was going to go and how it worked. When he was done he showed me where the spots were and asked if I could still see them. I appreciate his efforts to ensure I was completely satisfied. Carpets look and feel like new. The smell was so fresh and clean. Very satisfied!
