Our rugs are only a few months old and we thought Zerorez would be able to get them back to looking like new, but that was not the case. The rugs also took close to 48 hours to dry which was very inconvenient for living in our house.

the carpets we filthy to begin with and the cleaner did an excellent job on the stairs but the closet was still very bad. Most importantly he left this house without ever telling us that an accident had happened and something had cracked (12" crack) and made a hole in our wall. we understand that can happen but he left this house without telling us. Next day the manager came with him. the office paid for the repair(we scheduled it) and the young man apologized and redid the closet which now looks a shade better. BTW you guys are VERY expensive.

My carpets feel clean! A few visible spots were taken care of with the basic treatment. Service is on time, quick without being rushed, and technician (Patrick) is friendly and good with my dogs.

Clean carpets very well, a little disappointed on the sofa cleaning.

I love that there are no chemicals or toxins in their products, which is very important to me as I have a toddler and pets. They are a good price as well as being extremely punctual, professional, and efficient. Will use again!

We had some pet smells that did not come completely out

Patrick and Hazmin were very knowledgable and explained the different services Zerorez offers. They did a fine job and treated my home with respect. I would have liked to have seen a demonstration of their cleaning water, though.

Profession service, scheduling the appointment was easy and she was flexable with the date and time. The person that showed up was Quick and very kind. Products were amazing (the carpet fluffer) used before the clean i believe helped with getting the carpet cleaner. I have never had such good service from a carpet cleaning company.

Very friendly and professional. Informative about how cleaning works and continues to work. Moved furniture without asking them too. Looking forward to using them on all our rental all properties.

The final result of carpet cleaning was good and the employees - from the initial phone consultant to the duo that came to my home, were professional, yet friendly.

There are still areas on my carpeted stairs that don't look entirely clean. If you can clean them completely, I would be much happier about my experience.
