The cleaning technician was courteous,professional and knew what he was doing. He was good at listening and recommending. His name is Patrick. It was the first time we cleaned our new carpet and I was pleased with results. I will DEFINATELY use your co. again and will request the same technician. Thank you!
Two things: (1) my husband wondered if areas underneath furniture were done because there weren't plastic protector sheets placed underneath; (2) the radio girls kept talking about the spot cleaner that they were given by the technician. We didn't get any. Overall, we like the process you guys use and were pleased with the results.
Professional and courteous staff who made it so easy to book an appointment and followed through with excellent customer service. They called ahead before arrival just as they said they would. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was professional, friendly and courteous. He answered all of our questions explaining every detail. We are so pleased with the way our carpets came clean and looked almost like new again! We never smelled any kind of odors during he cleaning process and out carpets were dry in a very short period of time. I will definitely be using them again in the future and have already been referring zerorez to my family, friends and neighbors. 😚

The guys was super courteous and nice, but I think he went way too fast when cleaning. When I do my carpets, I go very slowly and go over it 2 and 3 times. I commented to him that I thought he was going to fast and he said that traffic areas just aren't going to come back 100%. I agree with that and was giving him the benefit of the doubt since you have a different cleaning system then I am used to. It was hard to see when it was wet, but there are definately areas that I have been able to get clean that are still dark. The reason I called you guys was because those heavy traffic areas just got dirty again and you commercial said that because there is no residue, that this wouldn't happen. However, those areas aren't even clean, so I am going to have to reclean them myself. I did think the whole house smelled very clean and fresh when he was done. I will recommend you guys, but I will be sure to tell people to insist that the pace of cleaning is much slower.

Professional technicians.
The pricing is a bit high for areas like rivers and stairs -- I don't understand why it costs less to have the full rooms cleaned than it is to have 17 steps and two small runners cleaned.
I was hoping for more of the stains to come out. Our carpet is definitely cleaner, but very few of the stains showed improvement.
There is a residue left on the tile that I hope comes off when it is mopped. Thanks.
