Quick and easy - Customer contacts were great, and service was completed on time!
Zero rez did a fantastic job. I had pet stains and had used a carpet shampooer that left residue on my carpet. the residue is gone and the carpet is soft again. I am very sensitive to fragrances and I love that you don't use harsh chemicals that smell for days.

My stairway carpet is old and looked dirty despite being vacuumed twice a week. Zerorez makes it look so nice that we wont replace it now for a couple of years.

Our technician Patrick was very thorough, informative, and professional. He explained everything before he began the cleaning process, and after, as he explained the benefits of the carpet stain resistant treatment and how to clean up future spills. I was very impressed with how my carpets came back to life. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but have never had the experience or success that I did with Zerorez. I am a customer for life.

Very important that the cleaning process does not use harsh chemicals. The house smelled clean and fresh after the carpet and bathroom tiled floors were cleaned. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and made sure I was satisfied with the job when he was finished.

The use of email was very convenient. Your customer service rep on the phone was very pleasant. The service reps that came to the house were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My wife was the main contact at the house and was very happy. We are very please at the results and have scheduled the Kitchen linoleum to be cleaned. We both will recommend and use Zerorez in the future.
