They do a great job cleaning the carpets and the carpets dry quickly. It doesn't seem to leave a residue just like they advertise. They also make sure you are satisfied with the end result.

The technician cleaned an area with a spot and asked if that was clean enough for us. We agreed it was. However, when he was done, that spot was lighter than a simple high traffic area two feet away. I have cleaned the carpet many times with different products, and the darker high traffic areas have always come up. Generally, the carpet feels and looks clean, but there are about six or seven areas that are definitely not as clean as when I do it myself or have someone do else do it.
My carpet looks very good and the dry time was very short.
No chemicals since I have pets and small children. Floors dried quickly. Great customer service. Easy to schedule.
I purchased a coupon through Angie's list and I really appreciated the quick response I got to getting the carpet cleaning appointment scheduled. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of the young man who cleaned our carpet, as well as (and most importantly) the job well done on our carpets.
