I am still waiting for a detailed invoice. The tech Erik said I would be emailed on the afternoon of my service date. It didn't arrive so I called customer service Tues. morning, the lady said she would email me on that afternoon. I still haven't received one. Obviously Zero Rev has my email or I wouldn't have received this request.

While tech was at the house it looked like he was getting things clean but now that it's been a week I see all kinds of spots still on the carpet not sure about your process, think I should have gone the traditional rout and hired chem dry or someone like that.

Both times we've used Zerorez, the appointment setup process has been very smooth and quick, and the technician's that have come to our house have been very professional, curtious, and thorough. We have been very satisfied and would definitely recommend to a friend.

They are clean and fresh. I could use it to be less smelly. While citrus smelled nice, it was quite overwhelming. Patrick our tech did a wonderful job. He was early, polite and got the job done.

GREEN -- no chemicals or residue left behind. For those with allergies (humans & paws) plus asthma, it was nice to have a clean smell but not chemical smell during the process. Quick service -- 3 rooms, hall and great room completed in about 1.5hrs start to finish. Quick drying - able to put furniture back in place same night (after a morning appointment). Less disruption to house.

No chemicals!

we had a lot of pet stains and some didn't come out. the technician was really good though, was just hoping for better results. you are more expensive than other carpet cleaners out there but i do still have some stains. they do look better though

I hadn't realized that my home was out of their service area and had purchased a deal online with Zerorez and Angieslist.com. Even though I was out of their service area, Zerorez honored the deal I purchased. The technician was on time, clean, and curteous/ friendly. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the results of the carpet cleaning, and made sure I had no questions before he left.
