The cleaning was great. My only complaint would be the pricing. I was quoted for an over-sized room (family room) which I was fine with. However the entire room wasn't cleaned - just two high traffic areas. The actual portion cleaned was much smaller than the non over-sized and much smaller rooms (dining and office.)

The problem we had with the basement carpet was very upsetting to me. I've never had carpet cleaned that was literally soaked and took 3 days to dry and had so many wrinkles. Zerorez did send someone one to re-stretch the carpet but all the delay caused us to have to re-schedule an important appointment to have our home video-taped for selling. I still think we should be compensated for the inconvenience this caused us. At this point, I am not willing to recommend your services. The person who came out to stretch the carpet thought maybe the filtering system in the truck was not working properly and the lack of suction to remove the water/dirt left the carpet very, very wet. The technician should have checked it more carefully.

The second time you came out, it was much cleaner. However, your technician put the piano bench down while the carpet was wet. It left four square brown marks in the carpet where the bench legs came down. I have tried vinegar, baking soda, and rubbing alcohol - but nothing will get the four brown marks out. They are each about an inch and a half in diameter.

The quick drying time is wonderful. I guess I had unrealistic expectations of my traffic patterns which were my only problem. They are less noticeable after the cleaning but I suppose the carpet is just not going to make a comeback to its new state!

Quick service and came when you said you would. Fast drying time. And very pleasant & knowledgeable service tech. Treated the property as he would his own.

Andrew was a wonderful technician....very professional and courteous. I love that he arrived early to appt. I also appreciated the call from company notifying of his arrival. Carpets look amazing!! All stains removed and looks clean and smells fresh. Dried in a few hours and carpets were very soft, not crunchy as with other carpet cleaning companies. Cleaned my area wool rugs which look new again and they were in high teaffic area. Nice to not gave to send out for cleaning. Price was affordable which means can have done more regularly. Best experience I've ever had with carpet cleaning! Thank you Zerorez!!

I like that chemicals are not involved and that the water used is hot enough to sanitize. I also appreciated how the technician took the time to explain the process.
