You were unable to remove 4 pet urine stains from my 6 month old carpet. The stains were less than 2 weeks old. Your treatment left a residual odor. We declined your offer to retreat using the same process. Doing the same process twice will give you the same results twice.

I think I even paid extra for the pet treatment. I can't confirm that because I've never received the email receipt. A credit for at least the pet treatment would have been reasonable.

Your hose also scratched one of the posts for our staircase.

Your technician was very courteous.

Customer service with zerorez was great - from the ladies I spoke with to schedule the appointment to the guy who did the cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. I was pleased too with the length of time it took to clean my carpets. The cleaning it's self was both good and bad. My stairs look phenomenal! There were a couple of spots though, namely one in the living room where there was a recent diet coke stain, that seemed to be gone that day, but reappeared the next. I feel like my personal carpet cleaner could have eliminated that stain and I will likely work on it next weekend.

Zeroes is a vet professional company. The tech was very polite and explained every step he was going to take. He would even show me the results of each step after it was preformed. They never make you feel like you have to order anything you don't want. They have no hidden charges and are upfront with price of their services.
