I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned that the furniture was not moved. When I asked about moving the furniture the tech informed me that he could help me but I'm off on medical leave and unable. Even our coffee table that is on wheels was not moved and the protectant was just sprayed around the table. Also, they me that the carpets would be dry within 5-6 hours and it was over 12 hours before they were dry and we turned our heat up to help dry.
The carpets look great. Tech was able to remove one very bad stain.

Our carpet was cleaned yesterday and we are VERY happy with how nice the carpet looks. It has been down for 16 years and was so very dirty. Patrick was so very nice and did a superior job. We will definetly have ZEROREZ back again. We have had other carpet cleaners and were no happy with the results. Am so glad we found you.
Someone came back out to our home to reclean our sofa because the stains just came to the surface after the first clean. Instead of recleaning the entire sofa, he just touched up the visible stains, which in theory makes sense. However, the areas that were touched up were left looking like bleached spots on our sofa. Also, he left without us even realizing he had gone. Very strange.
The carpet looked great for almost 24 hours and throughout the next couple of days you couldn't even tell we had it cleaned.

Zach was extremely professional! I appreciated the call telling me he was running ahead of schedule and asking if it was okay to arrive early. He walked through the house, reviewing what was to be cleaned and where the trouble spots were. My husband was skeptical in the beginning. By the time Zach was done, my husband was a believer and ready to recommend Zerorez to everyone! I should have taken before and after pictures of the areas with pet stains - the carpets look brand new! And I love how clean and 'non-crunchy' the carpets are after drying!!
I like the way the carpet looks when the technicians are done. The technician is courteous and they make sure you are satisfied before they leave your home.
You did not get my carpets clean. After you left - even after you left the third time - there was still plenty of dirt in the carpet that I was able to clean using other methods.

The only thing I noticed was the carpet was very stiff when it dried. After I vacuumed, it was a bit better, but I did not like the feel of the carpet.

I thought the company was very professional. I booked online and was given a day and time right away. The follow up email confirmations and phone confirmation was helpful. I like the idea of no residue left behind. I have pets and was looking to sanitize my carpets and extend the life of my carpet. My tech Jason was very nice, knowledgeable and on time!
I like that you use a chemical free system. Also the technicians that have been to my home are very professional and friendly.
I had a small area of blood on my cream colored carpet from a fall and even though the blood didn't completely come out, the stain is much lighter than I expected as I know blood is extremely difficult to get out of carpet.
