Good results, great technicians, fair price

I had two services completed. I am very pleased with the result of having my sectional couch cleaned. There was no residual odor (dirty or chemical) and dried quickly. I, also, had my bathroom floor tile cleaned. I was disappointed. The center tiles seemed nice. However, the design of the cleaning apparatus did not reach into corners, behind the toilet, and other narrow places. I was on my hands and knees scrubbing the corners after the technician left and was grossed out by what was left behind after my time had been "professionally" cleaned.

Throughness

Shorter window of when a technician will arrive. Late scheduling could be an issue too. If a tech arrived at 5pm and it took 2 hours to clean the carpet I wouldn't be happy. That didn't happen, but could have.

I liked that they clean green because I have two dogs . The carpet cleaner smelled clean and refreshing and they brought dryers in to help dry the carpet and that was great. My carpets look GREAT!!!

Procedure was explained the process and procedure that he would be following. The technician(Luke)appeared to be both knowledgeable and competent. After finishing, he inquired whether I had any questions and when presented with same, responded in kind.

That it was green and I liked the way the tech took such good care of my walls when cleaning . (Getting the hoses upstairs)

The quick dry time and no chemical use on the carpet. Carpet looks good!

The cleaning done by your representative (sorry, I forget his name) was very good and we really like the results. The downside was that he moved several pieces of furniture that he did not then replace. One was a rather heavy chest he placed in the bathroom but did not return it to original place.It was very difficult for me to do and I'm not happy about that. Still, the cleaning was very good and I would still recommend your company.
