What do you like about our products and services?

THE CLEANERS WERE VERY THOROUGH IN TELLING ME WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE THEY BEGAN. DURING THE CLEANING A SUPERVISOR CAME TO CHECK THE PROGRESS. THE RESULTS WERE JUST AS DESCRIBED. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB DONE AND THE CONDUCT OF THE ASSOCIATES.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There are still areas on my carpeted stairs that don't look entirely clean. If you can clean them completely, I would be much happier about my experience.

What do you like about our products and services?

The style in which the carpets was cleaned without heavy chemicals. Even though the carpet is old and we plan to replace it next year, the cleaning still go the surface level stains out. We were pleasantly surprised.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I still seem to find spots left in the carpet the next day .
You should train the cleaners that shoe covers don't work well if they wear them outside and then walk back in the house. It's disappointing to pay for a professional floor cleaning service but then have to clean up after them.

First time to use this service. Carpets look and smell great. Best part was technician Patrick. He was friendly, clear explanations and did not make me feel rushed to make decisions. He was very respectful and helped me understand what he was doing. I would recommend him to all my friends and I will use zerorez again without hesitation
