The guy that did my carpets was really nice and seemed to be a perfectionist which is usually a good thing but since he was roughly 40 minutes late and I had to pick up my son is was very frustrating. The appointment was between 12-3 (which I think is a pretty wide window when you are sitting around waiting), however he arrived around 3:30. I asked how long it would take and he said about an hour. That should have given me plenty of time to pick up my son. At 4:30 I asked if he could be finished in 20-30 minutes and he said yes. At 5:00 I told him he had to wrap it up and he still continued to try to clean my couch (with more time the couch, it would have looked like it had been cleaned but now it's just a waste of $110). Thankfully my husband showed up at 5:05 and I was able to go pick up my son. The Zerorez guy was still there for another 15 minutes trying to get his equipment together. Had he been on time or even early you guys would have made an additional $50 since I needed the stairs done too and my couch may have actually looked clean when he left and I would have felt like it was worth it. I think the carpet looks nice but I felt very anxious waiting for him to arrive and waiting on him to finish so I wasn't late to pick up my son.

The window was 2-5 and I did not receive a call notifying anyone would be late until 5:45 when he asked if he could still come by. (yes, it was obvious the poor guy had a rough day) I should have been offered a free area cleaned or a discount for dedicating 7 hours on a beautiful day to clean 3 rooms. This is my 3rd time using Zerorez and appreciate the kind people and he was still very courteous. The carpets were very clean and yes I would recommend to others. I do suggest empowering your service techs offer ways to rectify situations like Saturday that impacts same day service.

The technician was very thorough and very helpful. I liked the way the carpets felt after they dried, no stiff soap residue. I appreciated the ability to quickly make an appointment and know exactly when the technician would be at my doorstep. You have a very satisfied new customer!

The technician was not only on time for my appointment, but he was very well-spoken and considerate. I appreciated that he put on protective booties over his shoes before walking into my house. My couch was cleaned in about 45 minutes, and it was dry by the time I got home from work!

I was surprised to see how much extra dust and grime there was after one year and regular vacuuming with a Dyson. Zerorez vacuums made a big difference.

Friendly staff! The service was quick and efficient but not rushed. Carpets felt and appeared much cleaner afterwards! Quick dry time without the normal shampoo "crunch."

Friendly and competent service technician. The carpet cleaning was thorough and the results were a clean and fresh appearance without any perfumes or crusty feeling. I really like the idea of no harsh chemicals or detergents also. The carpet was dry completely in less than 12 hours.

The technician was wonderful! There truly was not a problem w/ his work & left the house w/the carpets appearing cleaner & a refreshing smell. Since then, I've been shocked at how much of a dog odor I smell. We do have a pup, but she has had no accidents since the cleaning & the accidents prior to the cleaning never smell. I'm truly not sure why we are getting such a musty, dirty, doggy odor.
