I emailed last week following my carpets being cleaned and some areas that were not touched. I had moved the big furniture off the wall kina in the middle of room. It was obvious I wanted carpet cleaned where furniture sat but what did not happen was the guy cleaning the carpet did not move it back nor did he clean the carpet where I had moved the furniture too. Also there is a spot on my carpet that was not there before. I know this because I took pictures for before and after results. He did really good on some major issues I had just really disappointed that now the carpet in front of the furniture that everyone sees is not clean. I am also missing my sons wallet which didn't have a lot in it and Im not for sure saying the guy cleaning took it but we have searched up and down looking for it. Im sure my son misplaced it, at least I hope that's the case.

Unfortunately you were not able to get the pet stains out of my carpet. Your technician was great. His customer service was excellent. The stains just didn't come out.

EXCELLENT outcome! We had resigned ourselves thqat we would have to replace our carpet and after our appointment felt like we already had new carpet!!! Treatment brought carpet to a brand new looking status - smelled great, felt great...could not be more pleased! have already told numerous friends and co-workers that this is the way to go!!!

Firstly, Zach was gracious and professional! It is always great to feel comfortable with someone in your home. Great overall customer service - pre-appt as well. Very cooperative and responsive with a smile. I only say 9 because not all of the spots could be removed but Zach worked very hard to try. I also recommend that plastic or something be laid first in the garage when cleaning the area rug. Clearly the garage was broomed nicely though, but i feared oil stains on the garage floor might leech into the rug.

The van and machinery to do the job was very impressive and even more impressive was that you have hired the right type of individual for the job and trained him well. Although our carpets were not extremely dirty to begin with, they look, feel and smell fresh, soft and clean

Our carpets look great and don't feel crunchy with soap, which is awesome. My only complaint is I find it strange that we pay a water & disposal fee but the gentleman who did our carpets filled his water tank from our water spigot. I feel like it is kind of getting charge twice for the water. I know it's not a huge amount of money but it is more the point of it. I will recommend you on the cleaning though as it does look and smell much better.

Your product works! My carpet is so clean you saved me from buying a new one. Luke, who did the work was informative, knowledgeable, and efficent. My tile also looked new. I was very happy with everything.

I thought that the service was terrific. From the appointment process to the actual cleaning was very user friendly. Zack did an outstanding job on our first floor carpets and we plan to have him back to do the upstairs in the near future.
