No residual smell or crunchiness.
Zach was very professional and is a very hard worker. Overseeing security screening operations at all five airports in this State for nine years, I have seen a wide array of talent. Zach is a keeper, treat him well.
Was not happy with the extra charge for the 8x10.I thought that that 100$ was too much. He initially wanted $270. However, the carpet looked nice.
The servicemen arrived when they said they would and called before they arrived. The got about their business and were in and out in an hour after cleaning up water from their process before leaving, were very polite. The result was very much what I expected and treated a particular spot that appears to be fine. If it reappears, I will contact you. All in all, a positive experience.

Your process made absolutely no difference in my soiled traffic pattern. Nothing you can do to fix it. I think it just needs real soap.
