What could we do to improve?

The tech was very friendly and helpful, but I feel like the service is the same as the other two companies I have used in the past. No better no worse. In the future I will use whoever has the best deals.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You were unable to remove 4 pet urine stains from my 6 month old carpet. The stains were less than 2 weeks old. Your treatment left a residual odor. We declined your offer to retreat using the same process. Doing the same process twice will give you the same results twice.

I think I even paid extra for the pet treatment. I can't confirm that because I've never received the email receipt. A credit for at least the pet treatment would have been reasonable.

Your hose also scratched one of the posts for our staircase.

Your technician was very courteous.

I will share my experience but not my recommendation with the 200+ agents in my real estate office.

I appreciate the technicians' honesty and thoroughness. They always offer suggestions and advice for keeping the carpet clean in between cleanings or to save money with their annual service plans. I'm always pleased with the results!
