Prompt and efficiently completed on time.
The technician Steve was very good. We have light colored carpets and, although I know they are cleaner, I just wish they looked cleaner.
I thought it was wonderful service, even had to have them come back for a stubborn spot and they promptly rescheduled and worked on it until I was satisfied! Only reason for a 7 rating is that I felt it was a bit pricey!
Our carpet stayed wet for over 24 hours. It was in a basement so Understand for taking longer but it was soaked.
My 20-year-old carpet looks brand new. The technicians did a deep clean on the areas where my pets had 'accidents' over the years and the outcome was amazing. And, it smells great, too! Thanks Zerorez!

After hearing the rave reviews on WZPL, I decided to give you a try. Usually, we work with Stanley Steemer. Our carpets had new and old stains, and not many of them were removed. Most were just lightened. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet mentioned to me that I could try cleaning them again once the carpets dried... "Maybe I'd be able to get more of the stains up." I was expecting more, and will likely not be a returning customer.

The main areas that I wanted cleaned did not even look as if cleaned. I knew that they could look better than they did when Zach left but thought it was just because it was still damp. He was so proud of bedrooms where very little challenges occurred. 24 hours after carpet was cleaned it looked no better than before cleaning. I actually got out my Hoover carpet cleaner and went over the areas that I was disappointed in. The water was just black as if never cleaned. I was able to make areas that were bad look decent not perfect but better than before. When the last stroke of the cleaner was made my payment was requested. In this area I was not requested to pass inspection and the spots were never cleaned more than one stroke. My hope was that you would be at least equal to Stanley Steamer. I am very disappointed.
