The service I received from the time I spoke with Tara in making the appointment to Steve who came out to clean our carpets was excellent!! But most of all the cleaning is environmental friendly with no chemicals which I loved because I have children and pets. Thank you for an A+ experience, I would highly recommend your service to anyone!!

The price that your company charges to clean the
Area rugs is absolutely ridiculous. We did have your employee clean them because he worked with us on the price but only after he wanted to charge us 3 tines what we actually paid based off your companies recommendation. Cleaning the area rugs should be relatively the same price as cleaning the carpets because you use the same machine. I was not happy with the initial price but was happy after the employee worked with me.

Carpet looks great! And the guys were very prompt, professional and courteous.

I was very pleased with my experience. I think the price is steep considering other specials and promotions offered by competing companies. I could not afford to use zerorez multiple times a year.

My carpet was cleaned and there is no residue left. The carpet has never been so clean.

The guy that did my carpets was really nice and seemed to be a perfectionist which is usually a good thing but since he was roughly 40 minutes late and I had to pick up my son is was very frustrating. The appointment was between 12-3 (which I think is a pretty wide window when you are sitting around waiting), however he arrived around 3:30. I asked how long it would take and he said about an hour. That should have given me plenty of time to pick up my son. At 4:30 I asked if he could be finished in 20-30 minutes and he said yes. At 5:00 I told him he had to wrap it up and he still continued to try to clean my couch (with more time the couch, it would have looked like it had been cleaned but now it's just a waste of $110). Thankfully my husband showed up at 5:05 and I was able to go pick up my son. The Zerorez guy was still there for another 15 minutes trying to get his equipment together. Had he been on time or even early you guys would have made an additional $50 since I needed the stairs done too and my couch may have actually looked clean when he left and I would have felt like it was worth it. I think the carpet looks nice but I felt very anxious waiting for him to arrive and waiting on him to finish so I wasn't late to pick up my son.

The window was 2-5 and I did not receive a call notifying anyone would be late until 5:45 when he asked if he could still come by. (yes, it was obvious the poor guy had a rough day) I should have been offered a free area cleaned or a discount for dedicating 7 hours on a beautiful day to clean 3 rooms. This is my 3rd time using Zerorez and appreciate the kind people and he was still very courteous. The carpets were very clean and yes I would recommend to others. I do suggest empowering your service techs offer ways to rectify situations like Saturday that impacts same day service.

Quick and friendly service, the team really helpede in a tight jam.

The technician was very thorough and very helpful. I liked the way the carpets felt after they dried, no stiff soap residue. I appreciated the ability to quickly make an appointment and know exactly when the technician would be at my doorstep. You have a very satisfied new customer!

The technician was not only on time for my appointment, but he was very well-spoken and considerate. I appreciated that he put on protective booties over his shoes before walking into my house. My couch was cleaned in about 45 minutes, and it was dry by the time I got home from work!

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very professional, friendly, capable and informative. Also, our carpets dried quickly.

I was surprised to see how much extra dust and grime there was after one year and regular vacuuming with a Dyson. Zerorez vacuums made a big difference.
Their pet removal process works great for stains and odors.

Friendly staff! The service was quick and efficient but not rushed. Carpets felt and appeared much cleaner afterwards! Quick dry time without the normal shampoo "crunch."

I didn't recieve a call 2 days prior to schedule a window of time that they would be arriving. I had to call them. Otherwise, the service was fine.

Scheduling was very easy. I felt the price was well worth it. Zach was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. My carpet looks great. Thank you.
