Friendly and competent service technician. The carpet cleaning was thorough and the results were a clean and fresh appearance without any perfumes or crusty feeling. I really like the idea of no harsh chemicals or detergents also. The carpet was dry completely in less than 12 hours.
I like how fast the carpet dries. The carpet feels soft and it has no residue feel to it.

The technician was wonderful! There truly was not a problem w/ his work & left the house w/the carpets appearing cleaner & a refreshing smell. Since then, I've been shocked at how much of a dog odor I smell. We do have a pup, but she has had no accidents since the cleaning & the accidents prior to the cleaning never smell. I'm truly not sure why we are getting such a musty, dirty, doggy odor.

We had pretty much the whole house done and I was happy with all of it but was AMAZED at how well it cleaned our tile in our master bathroom. It looks brand new!
The carpets looked nice and fresh, but the stains were not removed. This is our first professional cleaning so I'm not sure how well stains are normally lifted, but was hoping for a little more removal. Overall, I was extremely pleased and believe we received our value's worth.
My parents have returned from Florida and upon moving into their new home noticed you did not clean the carpet in the 4th room as promised. I left early while the workers did the work and did not notice they did not complete the job.

When I first called to make the appointment the girl who answered was extremely nice! The person who came to clean my carpets, Luke, was also extremely nice and informative. I have had my carpets cleaned before and was in no way a comparison to Zerorez!! I will definitely recommend you!
No residue, quick, all my carpets were clean and so far are staying clean.
Everything! The technician who show was professional polite. The job he did was above and beyond anything my wife and I expected. He got out stains I figured would be there forever. The carpets look new and the work was amazing. They will be the only company we use from this point on.

I cant really tell that the carpet has been cleaned
A spot that wasn't visible before cleaning showed up after cleaning. I pointed it out to Zach. He thought it was just the carpet nap rather than a spot. Soon after he left it became clear to me that it was indeed a spot and not the nap. I called to have him come right back but he was on to the next job. He returned the next day and did a pretty good job of removing the spot. But it was a rainy day and he tracked in mud on his shoes, not wearing booties, in the entry way and onto the newly cleaned carpet. When I pointed it out to him, he said it was from the hose not his shoes, as if that somehow made it okay. There was quite a bit of mud. He vacuumed it up before he left but missed some of it. But in my opinion, it never should have happened in the first place. I'm not sure if he was not happy to have to come back, but it seemed very careless to me particularly since you are a cleaning company.
