I like that you don't add soap to your cleaning solution creating more stickiness, etc. Patrick was great working on an area of my carpet that my dogs particularly like....He really took the time to try to get the pet stain/odor out of my carpet.

The gentleman who came to my house was very nice. I wasn't sure if he would be able to clean the grout in my kitchen - the high-traffic area is black, but started out cream. He offered to do a test to see if it was possible, and it was. He was able to restore my floor to the same color as it was when we first had it installed. He even said he could seal it for me - yes, please!
He did a fantastic job on my sofa and my baby's room too. I was surprised how fast he was able to clean the carpet in that room.
He was courteous and explained how the product worked. I've already recommended your services to 2 more people - they were amazed with our results.
