The service technician was very professional, conscientious and thorough. He communicated very clearly the whole process and he took the time to do the job right. The van and machinery to do the job was very impressive and even more impressive was that you have hired the right type of individual for the job and trained him well. Although our carpets were not extremely dirty to begin with, they look, feel and smell fresh, soft and clean
Carpeting very clean and smells fresh
Our carpets look great and don't feel crunchy with soap, which is awesome. My only complaint is I find it strange that we pay a water & disposal fee but the gentleman who did our carpets filled his water tank from our water spigot. I feel like it is kind of getting charge twice for the water. I know it's not a huge amount of money but it is more the point of it. I will recommend you on the cleaning though as it does look and smell much better.
Your product works! My carpet is so clean you saved me from buying a new one. Luke, who did the work was informative, knowledgeable, and efficent. My tile also looked new. I was very happy with everything.

I thought that the service was terrific. From the appointment process to the actual cleaning was very user friendly. Zack did an outstanding job on our first floor carpets and we plan to have him back to do the upstairs in the near future.

I've experienced many carpet cleaners and have had the best results with Zerorez.
Great service. The guys were very professional and friendly. Our son has some pretty old carpet in his room. Other carpet cleaning services kept telling us they can't clean it because it needed replaced because of its age. Zerorez. Your guys cleaned it and it looks like new again. The service was excellent and each step was thoroughly explained. Liked being able to schedule appointment online too.
The representative that helped us was about 30 minutes late, however he was very nice. He worked quickly and was done in no time. We had just moved into our house and found out we didn't have power. It was no problem when I called the 800 number but she didn't tell me they couldn't use the deep clean brush. Since he was already out we went ahead with it, but it would have been nice to know that to reschedule since we were paying the same with or without it.

I love that it is chemical free. I was very happy with the gentleman that came to our home. He was pleasant, efficient and answered all of our questions. And most important all of our stains are gone!
The stains have already started to come through in the living room. I'm not sure why but maybe we should wait awhile to see how much will surface.
I had high hopes so a little disappointed.
Although there was a light lemon scent during the pretreatment, there was no oder after the cleaning. Our guests that evening had no idea the carpets had been cleaned that day. The zerorez service tech was very helpful.

The care the technicians take to protect corners and floor is second to none. This trip,the tech salvaged a family room carpet that I didn't expect to save!
