I loved how everything smelled clean and all stains came out of my carpet!
NO Smell and carpets got so clean they look so good the workers where so nice and I will only use Zerorez for a my carpet needs I will tell all my friends and family about this company I am so pleased
The technicians were nice and explained everything.
Prompt, professional, and diligent, Zach took great care to mare sure the home we just bought was clear of dog dander a hair. He was thorough in his explanation of how the Zerorez process works, and made us feel smart for making this a priority on the first day we owned the home. This was our third time trusting Zerorez with our carpets, and we couldn't be happier.

although my technician was polite, he forgot to add the carpet protector and had to come back to do it. Also he seemed to resist my request to re-work an area that seemed still stained. I prefer that he would've called me prior to coming.
