Came in a timely manner & called first. The gentleman who cleaned was friendly & informative. He did a great job!!!Cleaned my sofa very well!!
Steve was very friendly. The carpets did feel cleaner, not the usual residue feeling like other cleaning companies. Steve worked fairly quickly and did not take hours like other companies as well. They met my requests for appointment times which I appreciate as well.

Scheduling online is convenient, but if there are questions that need to get answered to complete the registration, I think a phone call would be better than an email that someone might not check for days.

I emailed last week following my carpets being cleaned and some areas that were not touched. I had moved the big furniture off the wall kina in the middle of room. It was obvious I wanted carpet cleaned where furniture sat but what did not happen was the guy cleaning the carpet did not move it back nor did he clean the carpet where I had moved the furniture too. Also there is a spot on my carpet that was not there before. I know this because I took pictures for before and after results. He did really good on some major issues I had just really disappointed that now the carpet in front of the furniture that everyone sees is not clean. I am also missing my sons wallet which didn't have a lot in it and Im not for sure saying the guy cleaning took it but we have searched up and down looking for it. Im sure my son misplaced it, at least I hope that's the case.
Unfortunately you were not able to get the pet stains out of my carpet. Your technician was great. His customer service was excellent. The stains just didn't come out.

EXCELLENT outcome! We had resigned ourselves thqat we would have to replace our carpet and after our appointment felt like we already had new carpet!!! Treatment brought carpet to a brand new looking status - smelled great, felt great...could not be more pleased! have already told numerous friends and co-workers that this is the way to go!!!
Firstly, Zach was gracious and professional! It is always great to feel comfortable with someone in your home. Great overall customer service - pre-appt as well. Very cooperative and responsive with a smile. I only say 9 because not all of the spots could be removed but Zach worked very hard to try. I also recommend that plastic or something be laid first in the garage when cleaning the area rug. Clearly the garage was broomed nicely though, but i feared oil stains on the garage floor might leech into the rug.
