First off, I was EXTREMELY impressed by Erik!!! He was so professional and friendly!! He made sure that I knew exactly what he was going to do before he even started. He stopped several times to have me check his work to make sure I was pleased. He went above and beyond what we consider "a normal service call." He was polite and I could tell he was not just there collecting his paycheck...but rather he took PRIDE in his work-which is not the norm in today's industry. We will DEFINITELY use Zerorez again on one condition...and that is if ERIK and ONLY ERIK will be the one to clean our carpets!!!!! Oh, and we are very pleased with how clean the carpets are as well!!!! They don't feel like they have a residue or film and they don't feel matted or pressed down, rather they feel almost like new. So glad we found Zerorez and Erik....a GREAT combination!!!
The young man that came was very courteous and explained the procedure for cleaning the carpet. It looked a little better when he was done, but some places popped up again and it didn't look a whole lot better than before.
Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My carpet looks new again,especially the stairs. They look and feel like new. Nice to know my carpet can be cleaned without harsh chemicals. Thank you!

The cleaning quality was very good and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the price was too high.
Your rug cleaning process got my old carpets very clean. Chuck worked very hard to get every spot out, was very careful to do a great job, was very careful of our furniture, and was personable. He makes Zerorez look good.

I like the non-chemical approach to cleaning the carpet. We have 3 dogs and 2 kids, so knowing that the cleaning chemicals are not harmful is very reassuring. Also, they just do a great job. Our menagerie had made the carpets so dirty, it was embarrassing. Now they look good as new!

The price of the carpet cleaning kept changing throughout the cleaning process. I was told they'd try to give me a reduced price, then say they weren't receiving a return call etc...
The first time Zerorez cleaned my carpet I was very pleased. This time the technician eliminated the first step (vacuuming)that had been done on the first cleaning, when I inquired about it he said that the kind of carpet in my house didn't require the first step which was confusing and concerning, obviously the first technician deemed it necessary. There was a spot one small spot I had specifically requested special attention be given, sadly I didn't see him spend extra time or effort admittedly the spot is not overly noticeable however it can still be seen. He did also clean the upholstery in our truck and did a great job. Name removed
Were very effective at ridding stains I thought were not possible. Process was very fast. Smell of the rooms was completely eliminated after the carpet cleaning.

Our furniture was not moved! Our guy moved our dining chairs, but that's it. I'm a 140 lb woman, if I can push the couch 3 feet by myself, why couldn't he?

Timely arrival
We had pet stains and our carpet looked new when cleaning was done.
The carpets looked beautiful and felt dry really quickly. Also, Patrick, the carpet technician was such a hard worker and very knowledgeable about your services and products. He was courteous, professional and very friendly. A great employee to have associated with your company.
The only disappointment would be that we payed extra for a full pet spot extraction on an area in our sitting room and although it looked better, the smell was still there as the carpet started to dry. Other than that smell, the carpets look and feel amazing thanks to Patrick!
Service men were very helpful and friendly. They added on a small hallway, at my request, for no charge. They were in time and the service went quickly. Carpet came out soft and smelling great.
