The gentleman who came to my house was very nice. I wasn't sure if he would be able to clean the grout in my kitchen - the high-traffic area is black, but started out cream. He offered to do a test to see if it was possible, and it was. He was able to restore my floor to the same color as it was when we first had it installed. He even said he could seal it for me - yes, please!

He did a fantastic job on my sofa and my baby's room too. I was surprised how fast he was able to clean the carpet in that room.

He was courteous and explained how the product worked. I've already recommended your services to 2 more people - they were amazed with our results.

The attention to detail and thoroughness was impressive.

I like the fact that there is no soap residue so the carpet doesn't attract dirt like it does after other carpet cleaning methods. The reason I did not give a "10" is that the water was not pulled out as well this time as the last time you cleaned my carpets. There were areas that stayed very wet - I had to lay down towels in those areas & keep blotting the water out. I then focused a fan on the areas so they would dry. I was really surprised because the time before this, I was impressed at how quickly the carpet dried.

Eric was fantastic! He did an amazing job of explaining everything and was very thorough. I felt terrible I couldn't give him tip, as I didn't have any cash. I love that my carpet was cleaned without an chemicals and made to look brand new!

The call in center spelled my name wrong despite having a conversation with me on how to change it. Additionally, despite a conversation and address verification, the service tech went to my former home. The tech did a great job.

Nice technician, removed the stain we had to get out. BUT the carpet smells musty !! It need something to deodorize it.

I thought it to be very pricy, it was supposed to be 3 rooms and a hallway for $129.00, I ad 5 rooms total 2 of what were with a pool table a ND a California king bed that couldn't be moved,so 2 extra rooms and a stairway cost $327.00!
