The service was prompt, professional, and thorough. The technician was friendly and knowledgable.. Our carpets look great. We'll definitely use Zerorez for our next cleaning.
The scent was better than other companies and the protectant has been a help.
Out technician worked hard to get out specific stains that I pointed out with great success. I do wish he would have explained to me the process of zerorez- I was given no information at all. THis was disappointing. He also asked for the location of my outside water faucet. THis was confusing because I thought Zerorez only used their own empowered water.

This product worked great we have had the couch cleaned before but this did the best job and Chuck was very professional and courteous. He was very helpful as we went over the couch several times looking for spots that need more attention. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed help with cleaning rugs or floors or furniture.

The price is very high on your service and I think only having a 1 man team is too much for one person to do a large cleaning process especially if you have problem areas that take longer than usual to fix. Being able to move large objects such as couches and loveseats to clean under is a plus for me which with a 1 man team is too straining on the employee and will sometimes not be able to do.
The technician got water all over wood floor and didn't clean it up. Also should get a credit card swiper.
I was very happy with the cleaning and your cleaning process. However, I was very disappointed in your billing process. You estimate high and say the technician will measure and let me know what the amount is to clean. When it came time to pay, he kept comming back to the high estimate not the price he quoted. I wanted an invoice to review before paying to see where the discrepancy was. He said one would be emailed to me after I paid. I manage over a dozen houses and I have never had a company tell me I could not get an invoice until after I paid. I took out a pen and paper to show him the numbers did not add up and he corrected the amount I owed. I also was surprised to read in the email sent to confirm the appointment that I would be billed for the visit if I decided not to have the work done after the quote was given. I would not have had a problem if I had been told up front but when you combine this with my billing experience, I am left with a feeling that you are not always upfront with your billing. Not the kind of company I want to deal with!
I love the carpet protection! 3 days after our carpet cleaning we spilled root beer all over our cream colored carpet, and it came up with just water. Amazing. Thank you!

I truly appreciated the quickness of service tech being scheduled for my cleaning.
I called on Friday and they were there on Saturday.
I did not mind paying the price for my couch being cleaned, but I think your charges for area rugs was extremely high/ My invoice was over $400.00 for cleaning the couch and two area rugs. The service tech explained all this to me before the cleaning and after they were at my door, I did not feel compelled to ask them to leave. Therefore I agreed to the cleaning but at the same time felt it a little steep. Personally I think you need to adjust your billing for area rugs. It blew me away. I would recommend your company as the performance was extremely good and your service people were friendly. I was mostly just shocked at the price.
