It did not dry as fast as I was informed it would. Finished about 3:45 and was still wet the next morning.
once it dried I could see there are areas it doesn't appear were cleaned.

I was really happy with my Zerorez experience overall. We moved into a new house that had a dog previously and it helped with the smell. The carpet just also looked better - huge plus. I thought scheduling was a little bit of a pain. Tried to call without any luck. When I requested the appointment online I asked for early afternoon - they called after 5p two days before and had me booked for late afternoon. They were accommodating and switched me to the morning once I got ahold of someone, but it was a little annoying that some communication had to be online and some had to be on the phone. Would have been nice to have everything online or everything by phone.
