Luke was GREAT!! He explained the complete process and when I had a question he answered it very politely. Very fast and efficient I'll recommend Luke and hope others will be as pleased as I am! In some of the hallways the workmen moved the door mats in front of each resident's door and in other hallways they cleaned around them. They should have been moved so that all of the wall to wall carpet is cleaned.
Timely and professional.
I am not happy with the results of my carpet cleaning at all. In my main room that I wanted clean--there are literally stripes in the carpet where one strip has the dirt removed and the next strip does not. The traffic area I did not expect to be perfect but you can't even tell it was cleaned. The carpet buts up against a transition piece to the hard wood and initially that carpet was not even wet--not even touched until I said something and the technition went over it again. I am profoundly disappointed--especially because when I did a spot clean with my little hand help bissel--the carpet was cleaner in that spot than in the whole rest of the room that zerorez did. I cannot recommend this level of service and carpet cleaning to anyone. I feel like you should come back out and address my family room area.
Zach was efficient and knowledgeable about our former owner's pet issues.

Lower your prices. I had three rooms cleaned and topically treated and Im not sure that it was worth the price. $260 Carpets are soft but im not sure its worth the price over other cleaning companies.

I love that they are chemically free.
Not completely happy with the results of the cleaning on our off-white recliner, but, in all fairness, I don't think it was Zerorez's fault - it's just that there are now some horizontal lines visible on the seat of the chair that weren't there before and we have no idea what caused them. The tech offered to return if they did not go away, but I'm not sure anything can be done about it, so we did not call. I did give a good recommendation on Angie's List.
On time, efficient, fairly priced
The tech was very knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining what he was doing and also what he would recommend. I like the fact that there was no residue left and very short dry time

My carpets are not dripping wet when you are finished cleaning them. All the spots come up. Your spot remover is great!!
Had carpet cleaned before in December by a small business that just used steam.I tried Zerorez to see if they could do better on the traffic areas. I could see no difference than the other guy.The other guy was half the price.
