The man who cleaned the carpets was very professional. The only problem is that now that the carpets have dried some spots have resurfaced. It is pretty disappointing.

I really liked the technician he was super nice and explained everything. The carpet looked great and wasn't the least bit stiff after drying which was quick. The only thing is some of the spots showed back up after it dried.

I liked the punctuality of the servicemen. There were two men (Erik and another man who has been with the company a little over a month) who worked together. I liked the water solution that was used and the explanation of how it works. I received one bottle of cleaner and purchased another bottle. I understand that when the bottle is empty, I may request another bottle free from now on. The men were very professional, businesslike, and also very friendly. The Spot removal could be better 2 spots that were attempted to be removed discolored the carpet.
