I brought in my Bissell carpet cleaner & got so much more dirtt off the runways after the cleaning. I was really disappointed after it dried that there were spots left & dirty runways that the technician tried to explain away as this or that. Then when I applied my Bissell home cleaner so much more dirty water came up & the results after were clearly remarkable. I had to go back & clean everything again. It was a waste of money.
It removed several stains in my carpets and they have not come back.
AT this point, I am reserving judgement. I want to see if stains that were removed come back, as they have with other companies.
I had to reschedule 3 times due to technician scheduling and technician phone issues.

Carpet cleaning was better than I expected, given the state our carpet was in prior to cleaning. Left the carpet not only much cleaner, but softer and smelling fresh.

It was very easy to set up the appointment on line and the followup was excellent. The service engineer called because he could be early if I could be which worked out great for me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My carpet looks great. I also had them clean the grout in my shower which was just ok. Seemed like it the took the carpet longer than the 4-6 hours he said it would take to dry. I will definitely be using them again.
