The price is very high on your service and I think only having a 1 man team is too much for one person to do a large cleaning process especially if you have problem areas that take longer than usual to fix. Being able to move large objects such as couches and loveseats to clean under is a plus for me which with a 1 man team is too straining on the employee and will sometimes not be able to do.

The technician got water all over wood floor and didn't clean it up. Also should get a credit card swiper.

I was very happy with the cleaning and your cleaning process. However, I was very disappointed in your billing process. You estimate high and say the technician will measure and let me know what the amount is to clean. When it came time to pay, he kept comming back to the high estimate not the price he quoted. I wanted an invoice to review before paying to see where the discrepancy was. He said one would be emailed to me after I paid. I manage over a dozen houses and I have never had a company tell me I could not get an invoice until after I paid. I took out a pen and paper to show him the numbers did not add up and he corrected the amount I owed. I also was surprised to read in the email sent to confirm the appointment that I would be billed for the visit if I decided not to have the work done after the quote was given. I would not have had a problem if I had been told up front but when you combine this with my billing experience, I am left with a feeling that you are not always upfront with your billing. Not the kind of company I want to deal with!

I love the carpet protection! 3 days after our carpet cleaning we spilled root beer all over our cream colored carpet, and it came up with just water. Amazing. Thank you!

I truly appreciated the quickness of service tech being scheduled for my cleaning.
I called on Friday and they were there on Saturday.
I did not mind paying the price for my couch being cleaned, but I think your charges for area rugs was extremely high/ My invoice was over $400.00 for cleaning the couch and two area rugs. The service tech explained all this to me before the cleaning and after they were at my door, I did not feel compelled to ask them to leave. Therefore I agreed to the cleaning but at the same time felt it a little steep. Personally I think you need to adjust your billing for area rugs. It blew me away. I would recommend your company as the performance was extremely good and your service people were friendly. I was mostly just shocked at the price.

I will say they did promptly respond to my intial survey quickly and offered to come out to clean m rugs again which they did same day. I now have a terrible odor in my master clothes that will not go away. I have left doors open for days hoping that will help remove the odor but it has not worked. The two gentleman who came out very polite I have no issues with them. But the only reason I had my carpets cleaned is because I was moving into my new home and just wanted everything freshly clean there were no spots or bad odor just wanted clean carpet. Now I have a bad odor in my home that was not there before so unfortunately I still can not rate this high.If I was just rating the to gentleman who obviously wanted to make me a satisfied customer they would get a 10 but the special cleaning water gets a zero. As I said in my previous post returning my dollars would be what I feel should happen. I am going to have to have someone else come and clean it so I will be out the extra cost.

Luke was very professional and explained everything that he did. The carpets were clean and soft after they dried and the old stains have not come back! Very pleased with the results and will use your company in the future and am telling everyone I know about it.

I do not feel like my front area got clean. It feels funny walking on it, like its sticky or there is a resiado left behind.
