This was the second time we had Zerorez clean our carpetd. It looks like brand new. The swerviceman was extremely nice and did a fabulous job. We will certainly call again for cleaning.
I appreciate the fact that they use plastic corner guards on anything the hoses may have to snack around. I also appreciate that the tech wears covers on his shoes when he enters the house. I like the fact that there are no harmful chemicals used and it is safe for my family and dogs even when wet. I am very pleased with the cleaning results! The tech was friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable, that's a big plus for me!
I had the carpets done because I'm moving out. I had the whole house professionally cleaned the day before. The guy who did my carpets used the bathroom and urinated all over the clean toilet. I had to go to the store to by paper towels to clean up after him.
My carpets look great and the staff is very friendly and professional. Thanks for the great job!

I liked how thorough Patrick was explaining the process and what could be done if the stains didn't come out from the pet odors. I like the pricing on the website that was readily available and that the service was prompt/timely..

Very friendly and professional staff and they did a very thorough job. My house smelled clean and fresh after.
Only issue I noticed, but not a big deal, was that my grass was killed where the hoses were laying. I am not sure why being the staff was not at my house that long. The grass killed was a very narrow line and I am sure after I mow again, it may not be noticeable.
Carpet looks great!
Zach was very professional and explained things. I was disappointed the next morning when dirty areas that were cleaned reappeared. If I had it to do over, I would not have had the Level 2 sub- extraction done. It seemed to spread the pet urine.
VERY friendly technician, fast, efficient, loved that our carpets were not soaking wet after they were cleaned. Looks like we have brand new carpet!

Very easy scheduling with day before reminder call. Most friendly and willing to please/ go out of their way fella. Asked before leaving if all was up to my specifications. Even left bottle of spot cleaner to use in the future.
They do not have chemicals and are safe for pets and children.
Once the carpets dried, it was obvious that a number of stains did not come up with the cleaning process. Stains that were caught prior to the tech leaving and that were treated with spot remover did come up. An appointment has been made for the tech to come back to address the issue, and I hope to see better results.

Couple stains missed in my living room
We were told on the appointment phone call that Zerorez does NOT do 3rd floors of condos. We went ahead and scheduled to have first 2 floors done. When the cleaner arrived he said you COULD do our 3rd floor. We were unable to have one of the bedrooms cleaned because of having to prep the room- no time to do that on day of appt.

I like the fact that there is not any residue left behind on my carpets. My carpets stay cleaner longer.

The fact that no chemicals are used. I bought the stain remover and so far has gotten all stains out. I also like that I paid $25 and this cost is for life, just have to call and when in my area they will drop off new bottle.
On time, guy worked hard and finished job quickly. Carpet cleaned up nicely.
While I understand that water was used to clean the carpets, they just seemed very very wet after, and I thought they would be damp versus very wet.
I moved most stuff out of the way, but the tech did not even bother to move the coffee table over to clean under it, just went around it.
Professional did a great job love that you put mats and corner protectors down! Love the fans dry time seems so fast!!

They made scheduling really easy by providing an online request form and communicating via email. The technician was professional and courteous, and they were able to come out within 24 hours of when I reached out to schedule an appointment. Our carpets are fresh and clean. We will definitely be using Zerorez again!
