Carpet needs to be swept prior to using your system.
My father had a servicemaster business 40 years ago and this was a given,
otherwise there is no way the system can remove the greatest percentage of dirt.
I ran my Dyson 3 days later and was very surprised at the amount of dirt left behind!
Liked the attention to detail of the technician Patrick. Loved the soft feeling of the carpet after it was cleaned and dried. I've had the carpets cleaned before by another service but this time it felt really clean and I noticed a big difference.

I like the fact no harsh chemicals are used and we really appreciated the technicians thorough and thoughtful service.
THey are effective without the use of harsh chemicals. Our dog has a keen nose and has not thought twice about the carpet since the cleaning. It is also wonderful that our high traffic areas and pet created spots are much cleaner.

Our carpet stayed wet for almost 3 days... Areas that looked clean when the tech was here looked dirty again as soon as they dried. $360 spent and not one person who walked I to our home believed that we had even had them cleaned.
