I liked the water solution that was used and the explanation of how it works. I received one bottle of cleaner and purchased another bottle. I understand that when the bottle is empty, I may request another bottle free from now on. The men were very professional, businesslike, and also very friendly. The Spot removal could be better 2 spots that were attempted to be removed discolored the carpet.
