We have pets in the house, and the no-harsh chemical features of Zerorez is great. Prices are reasonable, and service is always courteous and fast.
The professionalism of everyone was amazing--from Brittany when I called to set the cleaning up to Zach (technician) who was informative and conscientious in making my house cleaner.
The level of detail by the employees is beyond compare. The cleaning products leave no sticky residue in the carpet, so they stay cleaner longer.

The carpets look really clean. I used your service previously and they did an even better job this time. The only different is this time there is a lingering odor, maybe stain cleaning chemicals. I've been opening the windows and hopefully it will be gone in a few days.
Erik was awesome! He went above and beyond my expectations! The fact that he was able to get out stains that other carpet cleaners couldn't was great. I love the fact that you use fans to speed up the drying. I will definitely be using you guys again as long as I can have Erik! I'm going to be recommending him to everybody!

The carpet so wet took from 4:00pm until the next morning to dry. The carpet discolor from where he's clean not the whole stair step just in middle of the stair step. Not his fault the stain not come out maybe the solution not strong enough because I can use the spot clean of my own and get it out.
