I was very impressed with how the service went. I was nervous we had the worst dirty carpet ever. I was reinsurred they have seen worst carpeting. Lol

You're technician, Patrick, came out and did an amazing job on making my carpets look brand new. I could not be happier with the outcome of my clean carpets. I have twin boys who are one year olds. He was very friendly, understanding of kids, and was patient with me. Their safety was very important to him with the cords and tubes that were going through the house. He also did not scratch anything, which previous carpet cleaning companies have done this to us. Overall, the service was great, but I could not have asked for a better technician. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. You could tell he cared about his job and making people happy, not just there to do the job and get out. Thank you so much for the great work, and I will definitely use your company again in the future!

I told the guy who cleaned my carpet the old owners of the house had a small dog and it smelled bad. I payed an extra 80.00$ for deoderiser and was told the smell wouldn't come back. It's only a little bit better but still strong. You shouldn't tell people something will work if it doesn't. I could have bought a Lysol bomb or fe breeze and saved a lot of money
Product does a great job. Techs are polite and professional. Carpet dried in an acceptable timeframe.

The man who cleaned the carpets was very professional. The only problem is that now that the carpets have dried some spots have resurfaced. It is pretty disappointing.

They were on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Carpeting had stains that had been around for awhile and had failed to removed previously. All stains are gone and the carpet looks amazing. Would definitely use them again.

Zach who cleaned our carpets was very friendly and informative. Carpets looked amazing! They even got out a black tar-looking stain that has been on the carpet since we moved in...just in time for out of town visitors!

I really liked the technician he was super nice and explained everything. The carpet looked great and wasn't the least bit stiff after drying which was quick. The only thing is some of the spots showed back up after it dried.

The carpet was cleaner than it has been in years after being cleaned with Zerorez and stains are not reappearing as they have in the past. Feels softer, too.
