the man did not pick up and move small pices of furniture, I had removed items from the bedside table . the dust and dirt under the table where still there after he left. Next time I guess I will have to walk behind him to make sure that the work is done correctly. I paid for 3 couches to be cleaned. HE missed spots on one. I was told that I would not be charged for the water disposal -but I was. I was not given the option to look at my bill -only asked to sign . I did not see my bill until I opened my email. thanks Name removed Phone number removed
Chemical free, great technicians and always pleased with the outcome
After the first cleaning our carpet stains came back after a week. They were cleaned a second time and I am noticing the same stains re-appearing again after two weeks.

The cleaner person (I can't remember his name) was very professional and understanding how dirty my carpet was! I did not feel too embarrassed and the carpet was CLEANED ver well!!!! Should have taken before and after pictures!!!

Your Zerorez employee was polite,knowledgable of this process & how it is different & works so much better then the other,older cleaning methods. I was amazed @ how much better an old favorite chair looked after it was cleaned. Now my older furniture looks new. I highly recommend the Zerorez company for carpet & upholstery cleaning. You advertise that you will move light furniture (such as a couch) when cleaning. I was disappointed to find out that the guy only cleaned around the small furniture in our family room ( One couch and two small chairs). We move our furniture around quite a bit so the areas that want to clean do you get foot traffic. Since I didn't watch the technician entire time he was cleaning, I didn't notice those areas weren't cleaned until after he left. that was disappointing
No chemicals. Technician was professional, pleasant and thorough.
Clean carpets more thourouly for that kind of money. Took an hour for 3 beds and small hall. Asked for touch ups after everything put away. Should be while atuff is out.
You were on time, called to remind me of the time and the carpets were cleaned well.

I tech missed several pet stains.
Patrick was very courteous and told me exactly what he was going to do.He did not seem in a rush to get the job done. To me it seemed that he wanted to make sure the cleaning was done right and to my satisfaction. I really liked the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals or soap type cleaners.No odors as I have experienced with other companies The process allowed for quick drying and the floor fans that were used really expedited the drying process. Zerorez is definitely the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used!
I paid an extra $300+ for the pet treatment and sub extraction and there was one spot of urine that was the whole reason for having any of my carpets cleaned. That spot smelled like it was not even cleaned, it smelled like fresh urine (and there wasn't). So I had them come back out and as far as I can tell, all they did was saturate the carpets with some type of cover-up smell. It now just smells like a mix of deodorizer and urine. They were there for less than 10 minutes for the follow-up. I figured they would re-clean the spot that smelled as though it had never been cleaned but they just dumped and ran. I was at home and didn't even realize they had already left because they were there so briefly.
