There were scheduling problems due to some personnel and equipment issues. They were resolved but were a bit unsettling at the time, especially your attempt to reschedule me a second time.
The technician did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, kind, and did a fantastic job. It is the cleanest the carpets have looked in years, even cleaner than the last Zerorez job!

THis was an exceptional clean. However the last cleaning I had was not good at all and I almost didn't use zerorez again. The difference this time is that I had to go from room to room telling the tech where significant spots were, areas I was most concerned about and sharing my expectations.... the last time my husband was in charge~ I guess enough said?!! My husband told me after our tech left that it was the same cleaner who was here on our last visit!! He did a fantastic job this treatment; last treatment almost spelled the end!
No smell or chemicals!
My appointment time was supposed to be between 10 am and 1 pm. They kept moving it back and finally the cleaner arrived at 5:30 pm. He spent less than 1 hour at my house and I can still see spots on the carpet that I felt should have been cleaned better.
Our carpet looked like it was brand new. Someone was able to come the same day we called.
Your tech, Patrick, arrived on time and arrived to work. He was professional, courteous, did an excellent job, and did it quickly and efficiently. Thanks much.
We were called and asked to reschedule our original appointment, which we did. The technician called and asked if he/they could come early (3 HOURS before the beginning of "our window"). I agreed but had to call my husband home from work so I could leave. Once here, he reported that he would need to return at another time to do the grout cleaning (which had been scheduled along with the carpet cleaning) because he was unaware that he was to do that. I pointed out to him that that was quite frustrating and I couldn't understand why he wasn't aware of exactly what we had scheduled. Additionally, given he was starting at my home 3 hours ahead of time, I couldn't understand how he wouldn't be on time for any subsequent appointments. He eventually agreed to do the work.

It may just be my very light family room carpeting was so badly soiled with a walk area from the hallway off the garage through to the kitchen, that it is beyond repair. While it does look lighter, I can still see that same traffic pattern. Also, I had my dining room chairs cushions cleaned and they did not really look any cleaner to me when dry. One other thing, there were some orange colored circular stains (about three of them) on the hallway carpet and stairs. It almost seemed as if something was leaking onto the carpet .I left the one on the stairs to show my husband, but cleaned the ones in the hallway with the Zerorez cleaner we purchased. Zach and Mike were very nice and Zach worked hard at getting the carpets cleaned.

Carpets were not clean, spots not removed or reduced. Carpets were too wet to walk on for 8+ hours after work done and tech said they would be dry in 4-6 hrs. Area rug that was "cleaned" did not look clean afterwards and was re-cleaned by us using a home carpet cleaner and the water came out brown, which makes me wonder if the other carpets are really clean or just surface cleaned. Very disappointed in results for all the hype you hear on the radio about Zerorez. Really don't care to have you back. A full refund would be appropriate.
It is safe for my baby and my toddler. Carpet looks Great after each visit. Technicians are always friendly and happy to answer any questions.

I love the look and feel of our carpets after a Zerorez cleaning, especially given that it's a better option for my kids' health. It's amazing to see the stains go away that we put up with for months!
