Move smaller furniture items like room chairs and coffee tables. I found missed carpet stains under a chair, which I had clearly hidden with the chair a year ago. I forgot it was there, but for the price paid for professional carpet cleaning, a small sitting chair could have been moved.
My carpet is clean and Zack was very nice.

We have old, worn carpet. Does it look new, no. Did we expect it to, no. Promoted expectations were realistic.
Your technicans lied about how many rooms they cleaned. I paid for protectant did noy recieve it regardless what your techicans said. I was sitting watching him. I will never use this co.again nor recommend u to anyone.

You should remove towels when cleaning bathroom tiles. I had to launder a bunch of towels as they were wet and dirty. I found one washcloth under a bed (wet and dirty). That could have been prevented. The tile cleaning was very effective.
The technician was prompt and courteous. He quickly evaluated the area to be cleaned, and did a quick and through job.
They can get stains out that other companies have not.
Stains still there and carpet was soaked for 2 days.
One of my rugs did not clean well and water spots were left, I think it needs to be re cleaned

Carpets smell fresh (not chemical) and are soft.
I don't think the carpet came out as "clean" as professed, I think my carpet is less fluffy than it was. I was disappointed in the rep cleaning the carpets- he was not thorough, didn't leave a receipt...no guarantee, no nothing... Not likely to use you again
Carpet smells fresh after the cleaning. It does not smell like a wet dog as do other carpet cleaners I have used (Stanley Steamer).

The results from my cleaning far exceeded any previous service/company I have used. The technician (Zack) did a great job!
Zach was very professional, explained everything wonderfully. I felt like the carpets dried much quicker than other companies i have had clean my carpets. It smelled wonderful and my carpets are not hard and crunchy. I will definitely be setting up another appt in the future.

Most of the dirt did not come out of stairs and landing and some other problem areas. I thought the some of the areas looked worse than before. The carpets also took 2 days to dry!!!! Will evaluate when I think carpets are totally dry and call in if there are issues!!
