You're a bit pricy
Very nice gentleman who did the cleaning. I really appreciated his advice and honesty about several areas that were stained. Also, I know it was a pain, but everytime he went outside and came back in, he put the coverings over his shoes.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very efficient. I believe his name was Zach. Our carpet looks sooooo much better! Thank you Zerorez!
I thought Brandon was awesome and a very hard worker. I don't think zerorez is all you make it out to be. The carpet was cleaned, but didn't seem to be any cleaner than when we cleaned it ourselves. Also, I thought your small print was deceptive. $139 for 3 rooms, but not the hallway that connects the 3 rooms. That's an additional cost. Who wouldn't do the connecting hallway? That's like buying a car and the salesman asking if you would like to buy a steering wheel. Also, the other additional charges just plain old fashioned deception. If you have to charge other prices, why not advertise 3 rooms for $189. I think I know the answer to that question. Mediocre product, hidden prices. Kind of like deceptive come-on to lure customers to you product. Probably rough to dump that stuff on your hard working field crew.

The cleaner who came out was complaining and said to us that "it would have been nice if someone told him that it was on the second floor." This was an unnecessary and rude comment. The owner who came out should have conveyed this message to the cleaning person. Also, the owner was late for the initial scheduled appointment. We would have appreciated him to be on time.
the service technician was nice and quick the stains did not come up and they where not that stained to begin with. As soon as the carpet dried the stains where visible again. Just ok with the results not sure I would use again.

Great results, friendly and quick service
The associates waste tank filled up and he was unable to finish half of my chair that he started. Carpet was wet for 2 days.
The only issues we had was $575 is a lot of money for us to spend right now and even with the expensive pet treatments there are still some odors left.
I was told I would get a call 2 days before my scheduled appointment to let me know what time the serviceman would be there. I didn't receive a call. I had to call to find out. Also I was told the tech would call me 15-45 minutes before coming to my house and he didn't. He just showed up. Otherwise I was happy.
You guys are miracle workers!!!! I am so impressed!

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our carpets had the trifecta going with a dog, 2 2-year olds and white carpets, and Zerorez did a fantastic job on getting them clean.
This is my second cleaning. I find not using chemicals keeps my carpet cleaner, longer. Eric, your techician is very friendly, helpful and professional. My only problem is I noticed a rather large stain on my driveway where apparently the fluid was drained. I am hopeful it will disappear with the incoming rain. I would recom-mend your conpany to anyone --- and have just today to my next-door neighbor.

The person cleaning our carpets knocked over my daughters headboard breaking the lamp mounted to it (and he acted like nothing ever happened). Not only did i pay for 3 rooms to be cleaned with protect, now i need to go to Lowes for a new lamp. Because of the integrity reflected by the company on this matter, I would not feel comfortable giving positive recommendations to friends, family, or neighbors. I like use of organic materials vs chemicals for cleaning and wanted to try something new. I was very happy with the appointment and setup process, as well as the service on site. The driver called in advance, was very courteous, took care not to damage corners with the hose and did an overall great job.
Zerorez did an amazing job on my family room carpet and a large wool rug! It was all in pretty bad shape with 3 kids and a dog, and now looks BRAND NEW! Patrick was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to family, friends, and neighbors! Thank you!
