My couch looked brand new after you cleaned it.
I just think the claims (on the radio and the website) set a high expectation and didn't quite live up to the service. Technician was great! Super nice and seemed thorough and helpful. I was hoping for something a little more pleasant than the typical wet carpet smell I get when I do the carpets myself with only hot water.. Unfortunately it smelled exactly the same. Almost like a wet dog smell. Didn't leave anything smelling "clean"
Your associate was extremely friendly, ready to answer all of my questions and address any concerns before beginning the cleaning process. He was respectful of my home, and took care around the furniture that could not be moved. He really seemed to care about doing a good job. My only complaint is there were a few obvious stains that were overlooked; however, I was able to easily remove them afterward. Aside from that we were very pleased with the results. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
the tech was very confident that the stain in the florida room would come out and stay out and it didn't. The stain is coming back, very disappointed about the stain

While the guy who came to clean was extremely friendly and helpful, there were a few soiled areas (spots) that could have used more attention or effort in removing. My carpet doesn't look as clean as I had expected.

After the initial cleaning, there continued to be a small stain. Zerorez sent the technician, Zach, back to my home to reclean the area. The stain is gone! I'm very satisfied with the results, overall. My carpet looks new and there's no residue. I will definitely call them for my future carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning needs and request Zach. He is friendly and professional.
Both times that we've used zerorez we've been very impressed with the technician and the person I booked the appointment with. Courteous, knowledgable, etc. Also love that there is no soap residue.

I've used you before and loved it. This time around my carpets look awful but I don't think it's because it wasn't cleaned properly. I bought a new home and there were a lot of stains and he just couldn't get them out. To be honest it doesn't look much different than before I got them cleaned. I was very disappointed but again, I believe he did what he could it just didn't work this time around. He did call me and tell me he was disappointed as to how it turned out. I don't know that there is anything you can improve on. Staff is great. I just was so excited as to how my sons carpets turned out when I hired you that I was looking for the same results.
The no chemical process. Also, I had they same person as I did last year..very knowledgeable about cleaning and offering your other services if I need them.

I liked that the carpets were soft when they dried! Not stiff like we have experienced with other carpet cleaners.
