That there won't be a residue left on the carpet
How clean everything looks and smells after a visit.
I like that you don't use shampoo which will ultimately gum up the carpet you're trying to clean!
We have used various different carpet cleaning companies over the years, and Zerorez is the best! We have recommended you to family and friends. We have a solid off-white carpet in our house that is 13 years old. With 2 dogs and 3 cats indoors year round, the carpet gets notable wear and tear, but we just had it cleaned last week and it looks "like new" again!
Very detailed on what was requested of the Tech that cleaning our carpets.
I have had my carpets cleaned before and they have never looked and smelled this clean. Traffic areas even look so much better! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional!

The fact that you don't use soaps on the carpet
The service was half hour later than the three hour window and the complete hallway was not cleaned. Just the top of the landing. The price of hallway should be credited
The carpet looks clean and feels soft under foot.

Carpet has never been nicer after a treatment than it is after a zerorez treatment
Some areas needed improvement. One area was missed. However we would recommend the company, especially the man who did the work.
