My carpets have never been that clean.
They more than exceeded my expectations. I was looking to just get the carpets cleaner to hold off on replacing until springtime but they were able to get out stains that have been there for 5 plus years. Staff was very friendly. Everything about the experience was pleasant!

It did not work for us. Our carpet was extremely dirty and it still is. Many spots still present, perhaps beyond cleaning, by anyone. I did like that it was dry within a day. I would have to try it again myself before recommending it to anyone. I'll use it at my private residence next time, we just had carpet installed so it will be ready to clean in in the next year. I will call you.
The carpet so wet took from 4:00pm until the next morning to dry. The carpet discolor from where he's clean not the whole stair step just in middle of the stair step. Not his fault the stain not come out maybe the solution not strong enough because I can use the spot clean of my own and get it out.
