Zach Griffith did a great job. He was professional, caring and attentive. I thought I received good value and quality service for the price. I would definitely have them again and already referred you to my friend Tammy Radez and also have several other friends I will refer your service to. Thanks for an excellent job. Zach was conscientious to get rid of the dirt around my baseboards from the heater vents in the ceiling that causes a dirty edge around my carpets.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service was half hour later than the three hour window and the complete hallway was not cleaned. Just the top of the landing. The price of hallway should be credited

I was not disappointed. Zack tried very hard to do a good job. He represented you well. I'm just wondering if a little soap would have made a bigger difference. I would like to receive a receipt for our payment.

No heavy residue left in carpet; fresh clean smell during application and after technician was finished. Promptness, took time to explain the Zerorez process and answered all other questions we had.

The rug care professional was awesome. I had spots on my rug that no other company were able to remove. Zerorez was able so remove them!!!

The carpets weren't tacky afterwards. We had some serious stains and they were able to get most of them out. Also we had one 3x3 area that wasn't dry after 24 hours and it had what I describe as 'streaking' on it. They promptly came back out, cleaned that area again, and spent extra time drying it.
