After hearing all the hype, I expected more. I understand that not all stains will come out, but I'm pretty disappointed overall.

No harsh chemicals
Patrick was great, the carpet technician was great.
Tech was very nice and professional. One area was not as good as the rest of the house. I think he may have missed it all together. Other than that everything was great.
Just didn't get spots out and said you couldn't clean the couch and love seats 😒
Everything was so much cleaner when you left compared to other companies we've used. Also, there isn't any residue stains months later from our previous cleanings!
So far so good but since the cleaning was done only two days ago, I'm still waiting to see if spots return.

No chemical smell. Eric was very professional and helpful. He did a good job. he explained everything and encouraged us to ask questions regarding the service.
The rep was ok, not great. Spent a lot of time on phone & texting. We were told job would take 4 hrs, he was gone in less than three. Miscalculation or did he take shortcuts?
Our high traffic areas don't really look any cleaner.
