Service is provided in a professional manner with visit scheduled and updated with phone calls. In both visits you have made to my home, the tech (a trainee on the first visit and the lone tech on the second) was energetic, interested in my needs and was knowledgeable and complimentary regarding the company.

Carpets were really clean and soft. Carpets dried really fast.

I didn't think it lived up to the commercial from the "Chicks" who said made a 15 year old carpet look like new. My carpet isn't 2 years old yet. I just felt the 3 rooms for $99 from another company would have looked the same and he didn't even ask me if I wanted the protection coating. He said just presumed I didn't. Lesson learned.

I liked the way the carpeting felt and the upholstery was soft and pliable as soon as it dried. It's nice not to have had any odors left from dampness or chemicals. Your technician took time to listen when he arrived and explained what he did and the areas he needed to devote particular attention to . All of the employees are so friendly and helpful. The carpet and furniture always look amazing for months after a service.
