I love everything about the services provided from Zerorez, including the clean and courteous service people, the reasonable prices, and the overall results: fresh smelling, soft (not stiff) clean carpet.

There were some spots in my carpet that were still crunchy. They are coming back to resume those areas.
Good outcomes on old carpet
The carpets weren't tacky afterwards. We had some serious stains and they were able to get most of them out. Also we had one 3x3 area that wasn't dry after 24 hours and it had what I describe as 'streaking' on it. They promptly came back out, cleaned that area again, and spent extra time drying it.
No sticky residue, house always smells so clean...

The carpets came out looking very nice, and it's good to know there wouldn't be sticky residue. I was a little surprised at how long they took to dry, however.
