Our carpet cleaner, Patrick Beriault, was very professional, friendly and hard working. He did a great job, our carpets look nice and clean. We are very pleased with Zerorez.
Carpets were not clean, spots not removed or reduced. Carpets were too wet to walk on for 8+ hours after work done and tech said they would be dry in 4-6 hrs. Area rug that was "cleaned" did not look clean afterwards and was re-cleaned by us using a home carpet cleaner and the water came out brown, which makes me wonder if the other carpets are really clean or just surface cleaned. Very disappointed in results for all the hype you hear on the radio about Zerorez. Really don't care to have you back. A full refund would be appropriate.
It is safe for my baby and my toddler. Carpet looks Great after each visit. Technicians are always friendly and happy to answer any questions.

Clean fresh carpet, polite and knowledgable personnel
The scheduling was done very poorly. I called way in advanced to be able to get a morning scheduled and was told I would have a morning schedule. The tech, Zach, then shows up a 4:00 pm by himself. He was a nice as could be, great to work with and did an outstanding job. I felt horrible for him as he was here till 7:40 pm. This was on a school night and we had piano lessons while he was here, dinner, homework and trying to get the kids ready for bed. The scheduling could not have been worst.
The professional way the technicians explain the process. The carpets dry quickly. And the tile cleaning is amazing!

It saves me the trouble of renting a big machine from the local store. Love how quickly the carpets dry as opposed to older technology.
Carpet dried quickly, and traffic areas were noticably cleaner than with previous companies. The technician informed us about areas that were difficult to clean based on the age of our carpet (16 years).

It did not clean my carpet , after your technician left I got our my carpet cleaner and went over the heavy traffic areas and got out a ton more dirt . Not happy. I would like most of money back.
The carpet was very damp over 24 hours later and there was some sort of residue that would get on the bottom of the shoes and made our tile areas VERY slippery. We had 25 people over Saturday night and we had several of our guests slip. The carpet is clean but it was just a mess
I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. We have pets and I worry for their health as well as ours. When they are finished the house just smells so fresh and clean. I also had them do a couch this time and OMG. It smells soooo much better.

Your technician, Zach, was on time. He worked steadily the entire time he was here with no breaks. This was a big job - the entire house - and the finished product looks great!!

You did not disappoint. But I had you come so that you could get out a particular spot that has reappeared after another carpet cleaner was here. So I don't know yet whether you got the spot out permanently? Time will tell. But you did show up 30 minutes early and I had not yet vacuumed. So I didn't appreciate that. Some of that was my fault cause my phone was turned off. Had I been home, I would have asked him to wait while I ran a quick vacuum. But my husband was here and let him begin.

It may just be my very light family room carpeting was so badly soiled with a walk area from the hallway off the garage through to the kitchen, that it is beyond repair. While it does look lighter, I can still see that same traffic pattern. Also, I had my dining room chairs cushions cleaned and they did not really look any cleaner to me when dry. One other thing, there were some orange colored circular stains (about three of them) on the hallway carpet and stairs. It almost seemed as if something was leaking onto the carpet .I left the one on the stairs to show my husband, but cleaned the ones in the hallway with the Zerorez cleaner we purchased. Zach and Mike were very nice and Zach worked hard at getting the carpets cleaned.
