My appt was between 8 and 10 and he showed up at 4.30. Also I never received a call or email to confirm. The guy was super nice and did a great job. I should have rec a call first thing Sat morning letting me know they were not coming on time
Cost and beautiful carpet

The technician was punctual, courteous, & informative. He explained the process & products without any pressure to add services. We had major pet odor issues & he was extremely thorough, showing me the before & after with a black light. The difference was incredible! We had a party that evening & I was thrilled to have clean (dry!!) carpets within 4 hours of the appointment. The only downside is the $130 service minimum, but given the amount of work necessary for this one room we easily met the requirement. Expensive, but I'm happy to have pet odor-free carpet!
Carpet looks better than when other companies have done the cleaning.
The carpet cleaning was fine. I am not disappointed in the results. I am however, extremely upset over cost paid for services rendered.
The minimum charge to come to my home is approx. $130.00. That's fine, I can pay that for one area rug. I believe, I hear on the radio, 3 rooms for that price promo is playing right now. My technician, Zach, was very professional in everything he did. We discussed some additional furniture cleaning options, of which I declined. To make certain I understood what he was saying about cleaning the rug (price wise) I asked him to repeat it because he threw a lot of numbers/options, etc. out at me. I thought he said he would clean my rug for the approx. minimum $130. I almost prewrote the check while he was working, but waited till had finished. When he told me $214.50, He explained area rugs cost more than installed carpeting (????) I'm not sure how three rooms cost more than 1 area rug. Also, had the person whom took my appointment, done their job correctly, they could have saved us all the trouble. When I told her, it was only going to be 1 area rug, she said they still have to charge the minimum, leading one to believe, total charges would be less that the minimum. I wrote him the check, showed him the door. I can do it my self for $50, I can accepted the "hit" for $130 for a "good cleaning". Had I heard him quote me $214 before he started, I would have declined your services.
The invoice is just as confusing as the price quote. Am I reading it correctly, the minimum charge is the "show up at your house charge"?? Then you tack on the work to be done??? Ridiculous, bad business practice, and boarder line fraudulent. You wont stay in business long, because you wont have any repeat customers. Please feel free to call me, actually, I would like someone to call me. I want to make sure everything I feel is how you do business.

Cleaning person very professional . I liked how fast carpets dried , we added hall way when they came , thought hall way was a little to expensive provided the size of it but over all it was a good job.

My daughter has so many allergies we wanted to have the carpet free from any dirt, dust, or chemicals. The scheduling was done in a reasonable timeframe. The technician did a great job and was very professional. It was refreshing to have someone so friendly and knowledgeable providing great service. The carpet looks great!
The technician did an excellent job of keeping me informed about what he was doing and the condition of my flooring. Although I did not take advantage of all the services he offered, it's good to know what you company has to provide.

I had originally scheduled my cleaning on my day off. I received a call saying they would be 2 hours late. I had to reschedule to a day that was not my day off because I needed the carpets cleaned for an upcoming event. I stayed home and waited for them to show up. I received another call stating they would be later between 2 and 5. I had a 5PM appointment and they could not guarantee they would be finished in time. They did offer to close my home up when finished, but I did not feel comfortable with that, so I had to reschedule again. It was rescheduled for the morning on a day I was not off. I took the morning off. I received a call the night before saying they would be at my home between 2 and 5 pm. I told the person I was supposed to have a morning appointment, at this point I was ready to just cancel. I had already had my "event" and wasn't in a hurry. The person, I believe her name was Melissa, said she could schedule a morning appointment. The technician called around 8:20 am and said he was on his way. He arrived around 9 am. No problems with the technician. He was very informative and made suggestions.
The pricing for pet sub-treatment is terribly expensive.

Technician was courteous and worked carefully. The floors were not so wet that it took days to dry like a previous company that I had used.
