Few spots could have been worked a little more, and cleaned more thoroughly
The service and product is great!

We had some stains in our basement that were worse after the first cleaning. You very readily came out to treat the areas again and there was some improvement but still more noticeable than before the carpet was cleaned. I used a spot/stain cleaner that I had and worked on the stains myself. The stains are hardly noticeable now. We had other carpets cleaned in the rest of the house and we're pleased with most of the areas. Everyone we dealt with were polite and helpful but we were disappointed in the product.
Carpets look great. Prices are very reasonable. They explain how there cleaning system worked. All in all very happy with with the company and the employees.

The technician was friendly and informative. The product dried quickly and left no after odor.The carpet was fluffy and not ever sticky or full of residue. The spots did not return when the carpet dried. Spots were gone that I was sure could not be cleaned. The price was very reasonable.

The carpets look great and all the stains came out. Also the technician that came was the friendliest I've ever had and did a great job. I really like the fact that he joked to the dog that "Is he the culprit?" That made my girlfriend very comfortable right off the start with a stranger in the house. We will definitely have you again...hopefully not too soon :)

Courteous personnel. Thorough explanation of process. The cleaner was very responsive to my concerns and worked diligently to do the best job possible. I felt he went above and beyond to make my carpets look and smell good!
Our first cleaning was great. The technician was friendly and worked hard to get all the spots up. The second and most recent cleaning, the technician wasn't friendly, and was not able to get get all the spots up.

We were very disappointed that the carpets on the lower level did not turn out better.
I had no idea they were going to use our water.
They left the water on (not dripping)on. When my husband got home at 8pm that evening he was very upset that the water was on.
Also, we expected the floors to be damp like the upstairs but not drenched like the family room.
On a positive note, they were curious and did a good job on the heavily soild stairway.
The technician was friendly, professional and concentrated on making sure my main areas of concern were looking great when he left. I already recommended your services to 2 people.
