The service is great and they have always gotten my carpet clean (removed the stains).
I like that I can get in and have it done fairly soon and that there are no added chemicals and junk into the cleanser that is used! Zero razz is fast and efficient! Can't complain here :)
The service man who was here to clean the carpet was very professional and explained everything to me and then wrote some tips for us and went over the yearly service and the price. Very nice and very professional. You will have us as customers forever.
My carpets looked great afterwards and the technician was extremely courteous and professional.
I was very pleased with the young man who cleaned my furniture. He did a wonderful job and the furniture looks almost brand new despite it is over 10 years old. He was very polite and gave me a bottle of spot cleaner for my furniture before he left. Will definitely call Zerorez again!

The service we received was great. The texhnician was cery friendly and knowledgeable. Our carpets also looked like new after he was done. We could not believe how bright and clean the carpet looked. I only wished the citrus smell last longer than a day because it smelled amazing!

Service was fantastic. Zach, my technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And my carpets are beautiful!. No more pet odor, even though some stains were old. We will definitely be using this service again, if need be. We hope to avoid any more doggie accidents, though!

Serviceman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that the product was effective and environmentally friendly.
I paid for pet protectant and, one day later, our cat was not deterred.
I enjoyed the smell of the pretreatment. Along with knowing there wouldn't be any residue left over afterwards.

Carpets look great-dried fast-hassle free-Patrick did a great job-only thing that I was disappointed about was that I didn't get a call telling me when he would be here-I had to call the office on the day of my appointment to find out-Patrick called me & told me his time of arrival but never heard from office what my time frame was
