I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. We have pets and I worry for their health as well as ours. When they are finished the house just smells so fresh and clean. I also had them do a couch this time and OMG. It smells soooo much better.
The gentleman who did our house was so nice and courteous and full of informaiton. Had answers to all our quesitons. Thank you

Your technician, Zach, was on time. He worked steadily the entire time he was here with no breaks. This was a big job - the entire house - and the finished product looks great!!

You did not disappoint. But I had you come so that you could get out a particular spot that has reappeared after another carpet cleaner was here. So I don't know yet whether you got the spot out permanently? Time will tell. But you did show up 30 minutes early and I had not yet vacuumed. So I didn't appreciate that. Some of that was my fault cause my phone was turned off. Had I been home, I would have asked him to wait while I ran a quick vacuum. But my husband was here and let him begin.
the product seems to really work the gentlemen who came out was very courtersey and knowledge and carpert was very clean

I have asthma and a fragrance free cleaning was critical to my health. Additionally, I have small dogs and raise puppies, and pet stains were an issue. Your intelligent, friendly Zerorez representative reassured me on both issues - the carpet looks TERRIFIC and I can breathe!! A wonderful combination!!
Although scheduling can be a bit tricky (sign up online, request time and then wait for contact .... given a 4hr window that may or may not be when you wanted ..... i.e.: asked for 3pm, given 12-4 window but said should be later in the day, arrived at 12n), once they are here, the service is professional and quick. House is left feeling fresh & smells great. Carpets dry fast. Technicians are professional - protecting carpet, corners and items in the house while they work.
The carpet cleaner was very courteous but he went out and in a lot and did not remember to wear the booties inside or else wore them outside and back inside again. I feel for him as it was a rainy day and he was having trouble getting the water connected, but wearing clean booties inside is very important to me. Also, he did not project the confidence I would have preferred about getting stained areas clean. I will say most of what was cleaned came out well, but I'm wondering if more could have been done to reduce a stubborn stain. Also, some areas (ivory carpet) showed light yellow staining after the process in areas that were not previously stained or overly dirty. I have observed this since the cleaning and am not asking for you to return. It was in areas ultimately covered by furniture, but I might be wary in the future. I was really impressed that the carpet dried quickly. Also, the technician was very nice and I don't want this to reflect negatively on him, but wonder if maybe a little additional training might be helpful. Thx for the opportunity to give feedback.

Friendly, informative worker and impressed with the results
The carpet was very damp over 24 hours later and there was some sort of residue that would get on the bottom of the shoes and made our tile areas VERY slippery. We had 25 people over Saturday night and we had several of our guests slip. The carpet is clean but it was just a mess
