My carpet in the bedroom area that you cleaned is absolutely beautiful even though in the traffic patterns.
The cleaning method leaves little to no residual properties. Drying time is minimal.

We had the same area of carpet cleaned again this week and even paid $75 to put the pet protection on it!!! It still is not up to our satisfaction! Both times Zerorez cleaned it we told them it was our dogs soiling, but even after the pet protection it still did not come clean!! I will send pictures!! The upholstery looked fine, but I feel like we wasted $200 on our carpet! We won’t have it cleaned again by your company!!

The service man explained about the cleaning, he was polite and took care to not damage anything in my home. He explained what spots he couldn’t get completely up and I was not surprised .
When our stairs dried we have some dirt streaks on every step. I cleaned one step to make sure it wasn't a stain and it came up.

Very pleased with our last cleaning. The last time we had used Zerorez our grandsons had walked across the carpet and their socks were not clean when we looked at them. This time the carpet looks really great. I am not sure what you have changed, but I would recommend you. I decided to try you again because of your special and I can say that I am glad that I did.
