Chad was very nice and professional….the cleaning results were not as good as I expected. Some spots were still visible. I did not see any pretreating of spots which I think would have helped with those areas…chad also told me that a water spot would come back eventually. So overall just not a “new looking” sectional. I feel it was just “ok”.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very professional and polite. There are just a couple of spots that didn't come up?

Also, i believe he was going to send by email an estimate on air duct cleaning? Please let me know how much that would be for our home

Tevin was the best - called to say he was on his way - arrived right on time - explained all the procedures & cost & did a fantastic job of cleaning my stairs & carpets.

The carpet looked a lot better, but our stairs were very wet, so I wiped them down with a white towel and the towel was dirty after that.

Service was top- notch from the scheduling personnel, service techs and the final outcome of the carpet cleaning. Deep rooted stains were removed that I was convinced couldn’t possibly be removed.

We have a pet, and our primary motivation for hiring ZeroRez was to remove the inevitable pet stains from our carpets. After the carpets were cleaned, we viewed our carpets with a UV flashlight, and there was no improvement. Upon reading the ZeroRez (Indy) website, I read that the technician was to ask if we wanted to treat pet stains. We were not asked any such question, or we would have most definitely requested such.

So, while our carpets look better, we know pet stains remain. Frustrating.

I loved that Zerorez got out all of the stains in my carpet and left it looking so clean!

Tevin did an awesome job cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I really liked that he was able to do my wool area rug in my home and not send it out.

The person who performed our services was prompt and polite and in general, the carpets look great. However, we had a few stubborn spots of pet stains that actually appear to be worse after the cleaning. We would like to have someone come out and take another shot at cleaning those areas, all of which were in our upstairs hallway.

I had 4 rooms and stairs cleaned. There was a spot in one of the rooms that I could not see when it was wet but since it has dried, I can definitely see the stain. Everything else looked great.

How professional the whole process was and even spent time showing me how dirty the floors were and what the process looked like to cleaning them.
