Ryan and Dwayne did an exceptional job. Over the years, I've tried various carpet cleaning techniques, and ZeroRez is by far and away the best service and quality of carpet cleaning I have ever had.

Well for one, make Derrick refund the $260 cash I paid him to clean the two area rugs for which he did a horrible job.
Two, understand that Derrick also did a terrible job cleaning the carpet in the living room, dining room and hallway.
Three, give Dwayne a raise for the amazing job he did when he came back out to re-clean the entryway and hallway. Dwayne was very polite and very professional. He did not make false promises and nor did he rip me off!
You could absolutely see the difference between the two of them. Dwayne actually did his job unlike Derrick.
Very dirty carpet now looks great! Scott carefully worked around a very small area, being careful of furniture, etc. He did a thorough walk through, time for questions. Would definitely use again, hopefully with Scott! First name removed

Employee was curtious and worked hard. I was disappointed after my 2 chairs dried. On the arms in some place the dirt came out really well but in others it didn’t. What didn’t look bad before now is very obvious clean and dirty spots. I think he could have gone over it more thoroughly on crevice/turns to give a balanced clean finish.

You sent 3 messages to the tech that were confusing. First he wouldn’t do it, hour later messaged bring to our shop, then 2 hrs later. I can sign a waver and get it done.

(My sister had this carpet in her home. She never had trouble getting it cleaned by another company! In her family room on real wood flooring.)

We had Zerorez do our floors about 1 year ago and it was fine. We tried it again and this time is was not good. We also had them clean 4 chairs and they all still look bad. The tech that came out was just not detailed. He showed us the floors like he was finished and I had to show him about 20 sections he just missed (grout lines). He did it again and then just put the sealer on it. He still did not get under the cabinets or in the corners very well and there are still a lot of dirty grout lines. We just gave up and figured we would have to just suck it up on this one and try to find someone else that can do a better job next time.

Ease of making appointments. They are on time & do a great job of cleaning my carpets in a short amount of time.
It appears to me the machine simply moved the dirt around and spread the dirt to a bigger area.
My carpet is only two years old. It had a couple pathways where it had become dirty, not even terribly dirty. Such as, the area between the couch and ottoman, the hallway into the bathroom in the master bedroom. The technician, who was so professional and great, showed me the pictures of the dirt that it picked up, there was not an excessive amount of dirt which I thought was okay since the carpet is only two years old The next day when it dried it just looks like it spread the dirt around. I actually recommended you to my neighbor. Then I realized the next day it was not much cleaner than before having your services. My neighbor came over that day and I didn’t say anything and she made the exact comment I was thinking.
The carpet had lightly dirty areas before and now it looks dirty in a much larger area.
No chemicals, no smell. tech was very harworking and helpful
