Easy scheduling online. Employees are respectful of person & property, areas of concern are addressed & reviewed with me after completion. Carpets are clean with little to no residue!
The truck was broken and I had to wait for another to arrive. It was the end of the day and the cleaning had to be rushed. Not all the spots were removed.
Your technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that you don’t use chemicals.
The ZeroRez employees were very professional and kind to our family. We had air ducts cleaned as well as carpet and grout cleaned. They explained their cleaning process and safety of their products for our family. They did an outstanding job and our house looks great!

We had some very high traffic areas they needed to be cleaned prior to selling our home. They did a great job with cleaning it and no “crunchy” or “sticky” residue. It smelled clean as well! We also asked asked if they could add the stairway and upstairs hallway, no problem! They were on time and very pleasant! I would recommend this company 100%!!
The second try to get the spots out did not work. 24 hrs. after the treatment the spots returned.
The stairs were very wet. I have referred Zerorez and my neighbor also complained of the floor being very wet afterwards.
They explain what they will be doing and we're very professional. Did a great job!
You overcharged and did not clean well like last time

So my floor still smells and it also has weird smell too after shampoo was done. My floor stayed week for almost four days and it honestly made my cats sicker then a dog and it was the floor because they never got sick like that. And yes I have cat pee on my floor but I used you guys once before and that guy did great and the smell was gone. This time around it was not as bad cat pee and it’s almost as if whatever was put on it made it stronger

The process went very well. They called 30 minutes before the appointment, I gave them a tour where all the vents were and they were pleased that everything was moved away from the vents except for two vents and they said they could work with those.
Steve and Brandon wore booties and were respectful of our home.

I like that it takes less time for the carpet to dry. I think your carpet cleaning service is very good IF the right person who comes out to clean my carpet (especially if it's a cream color),
Tevin is absolutely the BEST. He knows what he is doing and I know when he comes and cleans my carpet, its not going to dry showing yellow blotches and streaks on it. Everyone else did crappy work and I would have to have your company come back and redo it. I would suggest that all your guys learn to clean like Tevin.
I recommended a friend of mine to use your services last December 2024. There names are
Don and Tommi Main. They live in Westfield. Tommi spent over $700 with you to do her whole upper level (which was basically brand new carpet that's never been cleaned before). When it dried, the yellow streaking was horrible. She was so disappointed. I told her to call back and have them come back out to redo it. She hesitated cause she really wanted to wait until it got warmer. When they were there last December, it was so cold in the house cause the front door had to be cracked open during the whole time they were there. When she was ready to have you come out, she didn't know it had to be within 30 days, so now she has to have it recleaned hoping those yellow blotches and streaks will come out. I don't think you will ever hear from her anymore, so you've lost a client unless you make it right.
