The product seemed to do a sufficient job for the condition our carpet was in so I have no complaints. The rep that cleaned our carpets was professional, helpful and respectful and clearly explained the cleaning process and instructions for after the cleaning was complete. The pricing was very reasonable and fair by industry standards.

I would recommend the carpet cleaning but not the dryer vent cleaning. Tech forgot to put drain house back when he moved the washer and it flooded the laundry and down through the ceiling of living room

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was courteous, followed our instructions, and was in and out of our home in a timely manner. I would use Zerorez again, especially when they run good specials.
Service has been great and we had one callback which was handled wonderfully.
Kyle and Scott were on time and worked very well together. They did great work, but I had to turn off the lights for rooms they worked after they were done. I also had to remove tape from two vents that required a step stool for me to reach them.
