We like that you don't use detergents. Everyone that comes to our house is always very friendly and respectful.
No odor or chemical smells. Representatives are always timely, polite and professional.
Thomas, our technician on December 27, 2024 was outstanding, on time from his call, explained everything and worked hard the entire time he was here. We have utilized Zerorez numerous times and have always been pleased.

Our upholstery looks great and so do our rugs. They use no harsh chemicals and there is no odor. Everything is dry in about an hour- no soggy wet material or rugs. I highly recommend recommend Zerorez.

The technicians we had were absolutely outstanding. Finding good techs that are personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking is so hard to find. I would give those guys a raise. It's because of them that I am proactively recommending zerorez.
The technician was nice enough but did not wear booties over his shoes. I think they should automatically put them on as they enter a customer's house then back off once they go back out to their vehicle to get supplies. I finally asked him after he made a couple trips outside & back in & he said they don't normally put them on until right when they are about to clean. He basically just tracked outside dirt in my home. I don't care much about him walking on the LVP but he had to walk on carpet to clean my daughter's bedroom & I told him our carpet was just about a year & half old.
