Zerorez has always done a fantastic job on our carpets. The cleaners who come in (Dewan this time) have always been very friendly, accommodating, and make suggestions without being pushy. We love the deals Zerorez always has online!
Great service and value
A few areas of feedback or room for improvement. The service technician was polite and communicated their arrival time of 1115. The technician left a return air register sealed with zerorez tape. This would indicate that this return was potentially not cleaned. A second return air register tape was not fully removed. Also a floor vent was not cleaned it also had the zerorez tape that was not removed. It was visibly dirty inside, the same as peior to the cleaning. There was also excessive dust and debris left around a number of the floor registers and under the ceiling vents in the basement. Lastly, we called about these issues the day after the service call and have not received a return phone call.

I previously used Stanley Steemer. However, I started using zero rez and find it dries faster and does not leave. The carpet is wet..

Very effective product, much better than Stanley Steamer!!! Very pleaaed with outcome after trying 3 other methods in past years and Kenny was very attentive and informative to explain products used in each phase of the overall process!! We have recommended him to our neighbor who used Stanley Streamer in past and is not pleased with their end result. We were especially pleased with the disappearance of our traffic patterns!!!!

The house smelled the day after getting our carpet cleaned. There were areas that looked like they weren't cleaned and the service technician told me it was wear, however it is in a straight line in an area we don't walk frequently. There were spots that were from a chair that were 1-2 inches in diameter that are now 4 inches.
Tevin was our tech this time and he did an AMAZING job. Honestly, I don't think our carpets have ever come out cleaner

The carpet looks great. I had lots of spots on the carpet caused by animals, and those spots are gone and/ or not noticeable. A big plus was the carpet was mostly dry after 6 hours.
