I really appreciated the fact that your technician arrived on time and was so professional.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez and just like the first time, my carpets looked great when he was done!

The carpets look great and all the stains came out. Also the technician that came was the friendliest I've ever had and did a great job. I really like the fact that he joked to the dog that "Is he the culprit?" That made my girlfriend very comfortable right off the start with a stranger in the house. Courteous personnel. Thorough explanation of process. The cleaner was very responsive to my concerns and worked diligently to do the best job possible. I felt he went above and beyond to make my carpets look and smell good!

Our first cleaning was great. The technician was friendly and worked hard to get all the spots up. The second and most recent cleaning, the technician wasn't friendly, and was not able to get get all the spots up.

We were very disappointed that the carpets on the lower level did not turn out better.
I had no idea they were going to use our water.
They left the water on (not dripping)on. When my husband got home at 8pm that evening he was very upset that the water was on.
Also, we expected the floors to be damp like the upstairs but not drenched like the family room.
On a positive note, they were curious and did a good job on the heavily soild stairway.

There were scheduling problems due to some personnel and equipment issues. They were resolved but were a bit unsettling at the time, especially your attempt to reschedule me a second time.
The technician did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, kind, and did a fantastic job. It is the cleanest the carpets have looked in years, even cleaner than the last Zerorez job!

The technicians were thorough and dealt with our pet stain areas well.

Your technician left my house around 3:45 pm yesterday and the carpets are still wet. The water needs to be extracted better.

THis was an exceptional clean. However the last cleaning I had was not good at all and I almost didn't use zerorez again. The difference this time is that I had to go from room to room telling the tech where significant spots were, areas I was most concerned about and sharing my expectations.... the last time my husband was in charge~ I guess enough said?!! My husband told me after our tech left that it was the same cleaner who was here on our last visit!! He did a fantastic job this treatment; last treatment almost spelled the end!

No smell or chemicals!

My appointment time was supposed to be between 10 am and 1 pm. They kept moving it back and finally the cleaner arrived at 5:30 pm. He spent less than 1 hour at my house and I can still see spots on the carpet that I felt should have been cleaned better.

Our carpet looked like it was brand new. Someone was able to come the same day we called.

Your tech, Patrick, arrived on time and arrived to work. He was professional, courteous, did an excellent job, and did it quickly and efficiently. Thanks much.
