I like having clean carpets without having soap residue left behind. The technician that came to my home was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Friendly and informative. Kim our service person was communicated well and worked very hard.
Carpets smell fresh and citrusy. They dried within a few hours and the fibers are soft not crunchy. Kim was a fabulous technician and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with her services. Also the schedulers were very accommodating to move up our appointment to allow for a showing of our which is on the market.
The technician that came out was very helpful and the urine smell was completely gone.
No sticky residue left behind, quick drying, feels cleaner than other carpet cleaners I have tried

There's residue on some tiles in bath and kitchen floor that we had to clean off. The wood floor leading into the bathroom was a mess from the tile cleaning. Again, we had to clean. We weren't expecting to have to clean up after the techs. Might be a good idea to let consumers know that might be a possibility. Also, calcium (white residue), was not able to be cleaned from shower. Thought that would be done. Tech did explain after the cleaning that could not be removed.

I want to let you that after having a wonderful first experience with Zerorez, that my second experience has not gone so well. The gentleman that did the work was very friendly and professional, but the results were less than desirable. I did not inspect the work until after he left because he ensured me that all of the spots In my hallway had been removed and that the carpet looked great. Unfortunately, it actually looks worse than before he was here. I have three showings on my house this weekend, so you can imagine that I'm concerned. The results of this visit are just quite inconsistent with the first visit and they are inconsistent with the expectations set before the cleaner left on Wednesday. I've also emailed you a photo of the results. I certainly wouldn't have chosen to pay $170 for these results had I known going in.

I like how clean my carpet feels after they are done.
I only had one room plus a hallway cleaned and I got charged for two rooms. I didn't feel like the cost was worth what I got.
We only had a small area cleaned in our living room. It was the area that my husband was being worked on by EMT's after suffering cardiac arrest. There were black boot marks in a circle around the area where he was lying and they were working on him. Cornerstone Baptist Church set up the cleaning of the area for us, and I am VERY grateful to have that reminder of that moment gone!!! The tech was professional and did a great job. Thank you and Thank Cornerstone Baptist Church!!!!!
My room that was cleaned smelled like he had gotten the dog mess out of it but now that the cleaning is done and dried up the smell is still here. How about a follow up on the results because I just spent 132 and it seems like nothing was accomplished.
