Appointment window was 10-12. The technician arrived @ approximately 1:45-2:00.
I made a second phone request for spot remover when I scheduled the appointment . The technician did not bring the spot remover. I would appreciate if it could be mailed to my home.
The way my carpet felt and looked afterwards
just does a great job and is enviromentally friendly
Carpets are soft, not crunchy
No chemicals.
Carpet looks great. It feels natural, not sticky. It stays cleaner-looking much longer than when cleaned by other companies.
They got out a rubber cement stain (about 5 inches in diameter) that had been there for years!!
I have older carpet, but it looks great. Prompt, good attention to detail, put down corner protectors for my walls, thorough job. Will recommend and use again.
Pet odor removal
Stephen was an excellent representative for your company. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and explaining your process. I especially like the "no chemicals" and could feel a difference in my carpet after it was cleaned. I have already recommended your service to a friend of mine who manages commercial properties and rental homes. She was very interested.
Stephen did an excellent job in communication with me & setting expectations. Stephen must be a valued employee he took his time to get the job done the best it could be. I like the no chemicals.
Cancelled appointment and reschedule for 10 days later. Had to move furniture twice.
Professional crew and quality of service
Very professional and polite workers. Great job.
Very professional techs. Did a great job.
My carpet is not clean. It looks exactly like it did before the man came. He was in and out in an hour and twenty minutes for about 1800 sq ft of cleaning. There are visible dirt lines where u can see he rushed through and just basically "vacuumed" the carpet in the entire downstairs.
Chemical free, pleasant odor.
Did an outstanding job resurrecting an older carpet that renters had nearly destroyed
I like that there aren't chemicals being used in my carpets. The service tech was awesome!
Extremely professional service technicians. Great results!
The technicians were very polite and took great care to make sure I was happy. My 10 year old white sofa looks amazing!!!
The products are green, professionalism and friendliness of the technician. My carpet looks brand new again.
Excellent. Steven was awesome.
This is the second time we've had our sectional couch cleaned by Zerorez, and we've been impressed yet again! The technician was incredibly polite and considerate. We will use this company every time we need our couch cleaned!
Very professional and the carpets always look great. There is never any harsh chemical odor you find with other cleaners.
The technician arrived when he said he would. Wasted no time, went right to work cleaning my carpets, left no mess behind, only beautifully clean carpet. Protected the corners of walls. Very informative technician. Answered all questions asked. Keep me informed on what he was doing. Cost was reasonable. Will call Zeroes again for any carpet or furniture cleaning.

Loved the timeliness and professional attitude of my technician Stephen. He treated me and my home with the utmost respect. He is definitely an asset to your company. The was my first time with Zerorez and was a bit skeptical about how clean you could really get my carpets without using chemicals. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely please with the outcome and will continue with Zerorez for future cleanings. Stephen was great at educating me on the process and did an awesome job. I look forward to my next cleaning service.
That the carpet was cleaned without harsh chemicals, looked great and dried quickly .
Friendly technician, punctual, and clean carpets that don't smell like dog urine!
